Theme: DiverTED
‘Diverted’ embodies the concept of venturing away from the conventional and exploring alternate routes.
It serves as a catalyst for thought-provoking discussions, where speakers and attendees are encouraged to challenge prevailing wisdom and think outside the box.
Through this theme, we hope to foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and encourage attendees to consider alternative viewpoints, ultimately leading to a more well-rounded and enriching experience for all.

Kirk Anderson
Kirk is a full-time CPA, Internal Auditor AND a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
He’s a 49 year old dad with 2 kids. His goal is to help people transform their bodies so that they ‘look great and feel even better.’
Jejing Bao
Yejing Bao is a traditional Chinese instrument virtuoso, skilled in the Pipa, Guzheng, and Ruan, among others. She is a conductor of traditional orchestra as well as a certified teacher of the Pipa and other Chinese instruments
Sydney Everingham Speakers
Sydney is a co-owner at Brix Real Estate Group in Calgary. Born in Ontario, she now calls Alberta home. She practices yoga regularly and enjoys reading and being outdoors with her Aussie, Hector.
Sukhdeep Grewal
Sukhdeep illustrates, designs and creates with utility, precision, and aesthetics. Schooled in the Industrial Design program from the Emily Carr University of Art + Design, he now works as a Senior Technical Illustrator with specialization in 3D product visualization.

Annabelle is a Grade 9 student who indulges in her love of reading and playing badminton. With her passion for public speaking, she aspires to raise awareness about mental well-being and inspire others to prioritize their own emotional health.
Avery Mann
Avery has dedicated his career to the safety of children. He assisted in bringing hundreds of dangerous criminals to justice at America’s Most Wanted - many of whom were on the FBI's 'Ten Most Wanted' list. For his work, he received the U.S. Attorney General's Meritorious Service Award.
Sarah Moungounga-Nkombo
Sarah Moungounga-Nkombo is a Graphic Designer, Author, and Educator. She specializes in advertising, packaging design, branding and brand identity. She is an advocate for women and the author of "She's Doing Well" a manual supporting young women in their growth and wellness journey, and the producer and host of "Women Talk Wellness" an informative web series aiming to help women gain confidence, self-love and a greater sense of well-being.

Yingying hopes to revolutionize the film industry by building a film production studio in Web3. A bold entrepreneur, she believes in building a collaborative culture, thriving together and turning ideas to movements. Her motto is: Share your great ideas, let’s make a difference.
Reza Varzidehkar
As a third generation entrepreneur, Reza knows the value of connections. His quest to differentiate himself during professional interactions led him to create OVOU, a smart business card. His mission is to inspire people to put themselves out there, make new connections, and grow their network.
