About me
My background in the creative industry includes years as a graphic and textile/surface pattern designer – on staff and freelance. The projects I was responsible for included concept development, design, layout and pre-press production, repeat pattern and color way development, hand sketching and vector illustrations, quality contro incl. proofreading and copy editing, image manipulation, client service and vendor sourcing, all mixed in with a positive "can-do" attitude and above all my strong professional work ethics.
As a native Scandinavian where hands-on creativity is very much alive and a respected form of livelihood, naturally I have a lifelong passion for everything handmade, including fabric dyeing, clothing design, silk painting, jewelry, screen printing, and paper craft, just to name a few! My creative expressions in all forms have always been – and still is – the definition of who I am.
