Networking Reception Keynote: Dr. Blair Feltmate Head of the Intact Centre on Climate Adaptation, University of Waterloo Dr. Feltmate is Head of the Intact Centre on Climate Adaptation at the University of Waterloo and a leading expert in climate adaptation and sustainable finance. He has held senior roles at Bank of Montreal and Ontario Power Generation, chaired the Federal Government’s Expert Panel on Climate Adaptation, and is a frequent media commentator. His honours include the King Charles III Coronation Medal, Clean 16 Award, and Clean 50 Award. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and master’s degrees in sustainable development and zoology.
