Congratulations to the BOMA OEB 2021 Outstanding Members of the Year, who received their honors at the Walter Finch Spring Golf Tournament. The Principal Member Award went to Lucinda Alipio, Property Manager for KGIP. She has chaired the BOMA Bay Area Awards Committee and served on a number of committees. Michael McCormick, Business Development Manager for Monarch Landscape Companies, was presented with the Associate Member Award. He has served on several workgroups and now leads the Education Workgroup for BOMA OEB. “We were thrilled to celebrate these dedicated members who give so much of their time and expertise to BOMA,” said BOMA OEB President Jenna Hattersley. Building a Community of Equity and Inclusion in CRE BOMA OEB’s May luncheon program focused on building a community of equity and inclusion in commercial real estate— and examining some issues and perspectives from a major industry survey. A presentation about the survey was followed by a look at some of the initiatives our local BOMA is undertaking and resources we are providing to our members.
