Bolton College’s Family Learning

Support your children to be successful with their education!

If you want to support your children, ensuring they’re successful with their education, then our Family Learning curriculum is for you.

Our courses will help you to understand the primary school curriculum in more depth, so that you can give your children all the help they need to do well at Key Stage 1 and 2 English and Maths. We’ll also show you a wide range of fun and engaging activities to do at home, not only strengthening your relationship with your children but giving a boost to their educational attainment. We even run specialist curriculum to help parents who do not speak English as their first language – ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). These courses will also benefit YOU; they are a great way to get out of the house, meet new parents and make new friends in your community!
