Onie Bolduc is a seasoned luxury real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning residential sales, new construction, development, and real estate investment. A mountain native from Vail, Colorado, Onie built a diverse real estate portfolio before relocating to Park City in 2017, where he has quickly become one of the region’s most trusted advisors in the luxury market. Since shifting his focus exclusively to high-end client representation, Onie has personally transacted over $1 billion in sales.

Onie began his career leading a successful real estate and property management company in Colorado, where he oversaw a portfolio exceeding $450 million and served more than 1,800 property owners. With a strategic mind for development and a natural eye for investment value, he played a pivotal role in growing the business before transitioning to private representation to provide a more focused, client-first experience.

In Park City, Onie has led the sales efforts at premier resort communities including Pendry Residences, Apex Residences, and Juniper Landing. He quickly distinguished himself by selling out multiple luxury developments and delivering consistent results in highly competitive environments. His reputation for thoughtful guidance, nuanced strategy, and steady leadership has earned him the respect of clients and colleagues alike.

Onie’s approach is both data-driven and highly personal. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals, lifestyle, and investment strategy, crafting a customized path to success that’s grounded in local expertise. From building out new developments to marketing legacy estates, his execution is always elevated, discreet, and informed.

Beyond the closing table, Onie is an active contributor to the real estate community. He previously served as a Director and Chair of the Vail Board of Realtors and sat on the board of the Vail Multiple Listing Service. His leadership experience adds a layer of depth to his work—ensuring every client interaction is grounded in professionalism, knowledge, and care.

Ellie Rampulla was passionate about real estate from a young age, first getting a taste of the industry nearly ten years ago when she helped her parents purchase a home in Park City. This early experience sparked a deep interest in the dynamics of the real estate market and set her on a path to pursue a career in the industry.

Ellie graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors and distinction from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied International Relations and Consumer Psychology. She spent a year at American Express in New York, working in Customer Retention, which gave her a uniquely customer-centric approach to business.

But the mountains were calling, and Ellie made the move to Utah, where she began her real estate career as a licensed real estate assistant. In this role, Ellie contributed to nearly 100 transactions valued at over $300 million, overseeing key aspects of marketing, analytics, showings and more, giving her hands-on experience with a wide variety of real estate transactions.

In addition to her work in Bolduc Mountain Luxury’s resale business, Ellie served as Chief of Staff during the team’s formative chapter—when it was a close-knit group of just four. In this role, she wore many hats, helping shape marketing strategy, manage analytics, and streamline daily operations. Her natural strengths in organization, storytelling, and strategic thinking allowed her to support high-stakes transactions with clarity and care, consistently contributing to the team’s growth and client success.

Ellie is committed to constantly honing her skills and furthering her education, completing Harvard Business School Online’s “Negotiation Mastery” certification , Wharton’s Real Estate Investment Certification, and the Ninja Sales Training Installation, further perfecting her expertise in negotiation and client-focused sales.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Ellie enjoys spending time outdoors—whether skiing in the winter, hiking or playing golf and tennis in the summer. She also enjoys traveling, reading and spending quality time with her family and dog.

As a full-time resident of Park City, Onie embraces the lifestyle he sells. He and his wife are raising their three daughters in the Wasatch Mountains, where they ski, bike, hike, and enjoy every season to the fullest. His deep personal connection to the area fuels his passion for helping clients ind their place in it—whether that’s a family home, vacation retreat, or investment in the future.
