Afternoon

Located near Kamas, the Slate Creek Trail is an intermediate-level mountain biking trail offering a 5.65-mile clockwise loop through tall stands of ponderosa pines, white fir and groves of aspens. This well-maintained trail features a mix of smooth climbs and flowing descents, with intermediate-level downhill sections that include berms and jumps. It’s best suited for riders with some experience, as the trail can be challenging for beginners or young kids.
