a carefully crafted build journey

down to the details

1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Choosing to build a beautiful, innovative, contemporary home with Bold is a reflection of your own confident taste. We’ll manage everything for you, as we work to ensure the highest standards of completion and take any stress out of the process for you.

2. SITE EXPERIENCE

When you’re onsite, you’ll have plenty of time for a close up look – seeing where the sun falls and the direction the breezes blow, so your dream home is positioned perfectly.

3. INTERIOR DESIGN

You’ll also have an extended consultation with a dedicated design consultant. Your unique journey with us is a multi-layered partnership that’s private, exclusive and personalised.

4. CUSTOM BUILD

We know design ideas can take shape in so many ways. A hand-drawn sketch, a page from a magazine, even a list of your home’s must-have features. Our flexible approach means you can add in a larger than life kitchen, a billiard room or bar, a tennis court, or a fifth bedroom. Our Bold professionals will be happy to work with you to customise and create exactly what you want.

your personalised design journey

We’ve always believed that a house can be a lifelong romance, the perfect environment you see in your mind’s eye and a place you should completely fall in love with when it’s finished.

To achieve that, we want to get to know you. Everything about how you like to live, if you love to entertain, if home to you is a sanctuary and a place to retreat.

Sitting down with you helps us come up with a personalised design brief, the roadmap that outlines every milestone of the journey you’re on and fills in all the triumphant details.

Together, we’ll build the individual, original home that speaks to your heart and soul.
