This set of bulls has been selected out of a group of around 300 bulls. This enables us to sell only bulls of the utmost quality. The large sire groups that are on offer again this year allow you, the buyer, to put uniform groups of bulls together and gives us the tools to accurately evaluate how our herd sires are really working. We take a lot of pride in the fact that new customers tell us that they get the most bull for their dollar at our sale. The Calving Ease aspect of our program is highly visible throughout the offering and continues to make tremendous progress. We try to specialize part of our program to raising these elite calving ease bulls with uncommon performance that our customers have come to expect. Whether you are in the need of a performance bull, a calving ease bull or one that will do both, we take pride in ensuring that these bulls are bred with built in performance and strong maternal traits to take the future of your cowherd in the right direction. These bulls were chosen from two large contemporary groups and all developed together responsibly here at the ranch. – Terms & Conditions – 1. TeRMS: Unless previously arranged with an individual consignor, terms of this sale are cash or cheque, payable in Canadian funds. 2. As soon as the animal is sold it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. 3. CeRTiFiCATe OF RegiSTRY: A certificate of registry duly transferred to the buyer will be furnished for each registered animal after settlement is made. 4. BReeDeRS gUARAnTee: We agree to sell you a bull that is sound and capable of passing a semen test, done by a licensed vet, within 14 months of age. Should any U2 Ranch bull fail to be a satisfactory breeder, he will be replaced with a bull of equal value or a credit given toward the purchase of another U2 bull. This guarantee does not apply to mistreatment, mismanagement or injury. With this in mind, we stress the importance of insurance or our “U2 Bull Warranty Program”. 5. All bulls offered will have passed a semen evaluation conducted in March. 6. All complaints must be reported in writing by the buyer to the seller within 6 months and any animal returned must be free of disease and in good health. 7. ACCiDenTS: Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety of the buyer, neither the sale management, nor any owner assumes responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability, legal or otherwise in the event of accident or loss of property. 8. LiABiLiTY: Purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees made hereunder. 9. DiSPUTeS: In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision will be final in such matters. 10. AnnOUnCeMenTS: errors discovered in the catalogue will be corrected by announcement from the auction stand at sale time and such corrections will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. 11. All bulls will be exportable. 12. DeLiVeRY: Free of charge to central points.

U2 Ranch Ltd. reserves the right to collect “owner’s Use” semen off any bull in this sale at U2’s expense and the buyer’s convenience.
