One thing that hasn’t change are Simmental cattle. Whether it’s a cool wet summer or hot, dry, drought conditions these cattle simply work. When Darryl was through the heifers in July this female caught his eye! She is dark red and has great disposition. We purchased her dam from our good friends Dwayann Simmentals. The dam of this heifer raised the high seller heifer at first Ontario Simmental Sale, selling to Ferme Gagnon. This heifer has the best disposition of this years group and will truly be missed by Deb! Another Viper daughter. This heifer goes back to an excellent cow family here, Deebran Christine. Gella’s dam Bella is a moderate frame cow with an excellent udder and great disposition.

Gella’s sire is from an outstanding Viper’s son we purchased from Ferme Gagnon.

From pervious sales you would see we used him a lot, if it works keep doing it. Viper stamped his females very consistent and were mostly polled. Take a look at this female she could be the sleeper of the sale.

These two heifers are really going to hard to part with. The sire is well known to produce very good dams. We dug deep in the semen tank and bred both their dams to Romulus.

Gwenyth’s dam is the dam of last years high seller. Deebran Aby is turning out to be our home raised corner stone. Gwendolyn’s dam is loaded with pedigree. DeeBran Edy is a corner stone here as well. She stands out to everyone when they walk through the herd. Theses two heifers will be offered on choice. We were wanting a total outcross bull, when our good friend Darryl Snider called us he gave us a few leads in which we did more research. He was the high selling Polled Full Fleckvieh at Anchor D Ranch sale this past spring. When Scott Bohrson said on the other end of the phone you got him for $24,000 we were so excited. If you select animals based on performance then take a serious look at his EPD’s! As I mentioned we wanted a total outcross bull, take a long look at the extended pedigree, whether its on the dams side or sires side there is a lot of prominent cow families. After the sale we knew we had to get him in for stud. Thanks to Dan for making all the arrangements. The semen is qualified for export to USA. The buyer has their choice of one lot or all four lots. TERMS: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable in Canadian funds at par immediately following the sale. The right of ownership shall not pass until after settlement is made. All settlements must be made before any livestock will be released.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: After settlement has been made the buyer will ber provided with the proper registration papers, duly transferred on the record of the Canadian Simmental Association. Further transfer to the herd books of other countries shall be at the buyer’s expense.

DELIVERY: Delivery will be the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer’s risk.

FLECKVIEH STATUS: Full Fleckvieh will be considered as fullblood cattle tracing back to a minimum of 5 generations of German or Austrian heritage. It is reccomended if further research is required to check with the Canadian Simmental Association and no assumption of Fleckvieh heritage will be guaranteed by neither consignor or the CSA. BREEDERS GUARANTEE: Standard terms set forth by the Canadian Simmental Association, with the exception where any animal is subject to any hormonal or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, the gurantee shall be null and void.
