The females offered have been selected by the consignors from their replacement pastures and are sired by and carry early services to the industry’s leading sires. There are genetics that have stood the test of time along with some new exciting genetics that will only gain momentum as the years go by. The lineup is diverse in type and genetics and most importantly, there are opportunities for all types of programs and budgets.

Certificate of Registration: Each animal will carry papers issued by the Canadian Angus Association unless otherwise stated (club calves). A certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after payment has been made.

Health: All animals in the sale have met all necessary health requirements.

Guarantee: Each animal becomes the purchaser’s risk immediately after the animal is sold. All animals in this sale will be sold under the terms and guarantees set forth by the Canadian Angus Association with regard to health, freedom from defects and from both reproductive and specific genetic unsoundness (exception of club calves).

I am so pleased to be a part of this sale. These two females will be the first ever Black Angus females I have offered for sale since I started my purebred Angus herd in 2006. My first two foundation females came from the Wilbar herd and they were stand outs. Annie 16C comes from the Lady Anne family, her dam Annie 4U has consistently stamped her calves with tremendous volume, easy fleshing ability, performance and style. 16C herself is a tanky, stylish female. Her sire SAV Radiance was chosen for his ease of calving, tremendous performance, and maternal EPD’s. With a birth weight of 92 lbs and an August 28 weight of 694 lbs, she should not be leaving the farm, but I am a firm believer in offering my best for sale.

4 COULEE CROSSING CRAZY ANNIE 22 Also from the Annie 4U family, this time a granddaughter. To let two females from this cow family go is a hard pill to swallow but I am committed to selling my best.

Her young three year old dam did an outstanding job on this sweet heifer. Maybe not quite as much volume as her stall mate, but still has style, performance, and fleshing ability. A daughter of SAV Final Answer, he has crossed extremely well on this cow family. He produces tremendously powerful, broody performance oriented females with the Annie 4U cow family. This heifer will mature into a moderate, big volume, heavy milking, highly fertile female who will only get better with age. With a birth weight of 75 lbs and an August 28 weight of 611 lbs and a calm friendly temperament, she would make a good junior project.
