FULL BROTHERS 204K & 226K: We used LCDR Favor on our HPF donor cow and very happy with the results. Favor adds frame, length, performance and exceptional foot quality to his progeny along with calving very well - we have had 20 calves off him the last 2 years and not touched a single one. We will continue to use Favor in our program for those qualities and the great Sugar C4 cow behind him. These full brothers are very uniform and have competed for our favourites all year. 100K tested/ parent verified.

GRASS ROOTS Favor 237
Everyone loves a bull with some chrome and especially when they are packed with some shape like this Favor son. We purchased a flush in his mother from our friends at Vandy Cattle and ended up with this stout bull and 5 full sisters in the replacement pen. There is a lot of shape in these siblings and the heifers have a lot of frame and length. 237K himself is mid framed but packs as much muscle shape down his top and into his lower quarter as anything we have. 100K tested/ parent verified.

This halfblood Simm bull definitely meets the criteria to be classified as a belly dragger. As a heifer’s first calf and starting at 83 lbs, he has continued to grow and perform and have a very complete look to him with a ton of hair. Same cow family as 204K/226K and his mother has awesome feet and a great udder - she has her second calf here and we love to show her off.

Our only red bull and he came in dam from a purchase from the Wilson Stock Farm dispersal. We selected the cow as she is our type - huge middled and good footed with a very nice udder. She is an easy cow to pick out and has a nice Favor heifer calf at side this year. 217K has been one of the standouts throughout - loose made, good headed, masculine, and sound. 100K tested/ parent verified.

GRASS ROOTS Guardian 238
Here is the calving ease option in the Simm bulls. Sired by the proven calving ease bull Guardian and off a first calf heifer, 238K came out at 71lbs. He has that smaller head and moderate build that he will successfully calve heifers and be able to do so for multiple years. We sold a really good heifer from the granddam at FNL last fall to our friends at Hoffus Stock Farms - very good cow family. 100K tested/ parent verified.
GRASS ROOTS Firebrand 245
Here is our other baldy option and has a little more white on him. He is sired by a PB Angus bull we raised and off a PB Simm cow - we know both sides of this pedigree extremely well and offer this good bull with confidence. He is one of the really good all around bulls in the pen - good headed, masculine, sound, big middled - just really complete. Strong females on both sides of his pedigree and good performance here.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AUCTION:
- Come anytime for a tour and see the bulls and relatives in their regular setting. You can study the cattle, get to know how we manage things, and select an individual that works for your program.
- If you are unable to come for a visit, please study the catalog material and bull videos, and we will visit with you on your needs and requirements to see if there is a bull that will fit your program. Bull videos will be posted on the sale site at DLMS.ca by around April 1. We will stand behind these bulls 100% and they will be as we describe them.

GRASS ROOTS Recall 202
We bred the matriarch of our herd, PDAR 756T, to the maternal legend Bismarck hoping for a heifer and instead we got a really neat calving ease bull. 756T has been so good to us and caught AI again and calved on schedule this spring at age 16. We keep saying we will let it be her last year but she keeps catching and looking half her age. Recall 202K is a neat headed, smooth made, attractive bull with a lot of hair and center body. He will calve like a dream and leave a big bodied, good uddered set of daughters that are built for longevity. AngusGS tested/ parent verified.
GRASS ROOTS Bank Note 212
We have sold many full brothers to 212K and have a number of full sisters in our herd to him. There are over 30 registered progeny off his dam in the Canadian Angus registry. Bank Note 212K would be the most calving ease of her Brooking Bank Note sons over the years. He is a smooth made calving ease bull backed by great females on both sides of his pedigree. GRASS ROOTS Crossfire 102
This is the favourite Angus bull we have ever raised. We used Crossfire 102J ourselves last year and are extremely happy with the set of calves that he left us. He calved as his data says he should, no assists and averaging under 80 lbs. and they have a great look to them as babies. He has matured into a bigger version of last year - proud, stout, and easy fleshing. His dam is a beautiful female and we have a number of ET calves off her in 2023. AngusGS tested/ parent verified.
GRASS ROOTS Renovation 155
Here is a two year old option off the 756T cow that we have built our program around. Renovation 155J is an embryo calf, we sold a full sister for $10,000 and have one here with her first calf and a beautiful udder. A full brother sold last spring to the Beechy Pasture and was cut from the same cloth. This is a rock solid bull that has matured nicely, is extremely sound and big bodied and ready to handle heavy service. We would love to show you the many related females with calves at side. We would like to personally invite you for a visit and tour of our operation near Bradwell, SK to see the bulls, their mothers, and siblings. Stop by any time, but we are also hosting an open house on Sunday April 2 throughout the day and encourage you to come by for a tour, visit, and some hospitality. We are always excited to talk cows and show off what we are working on! This year we are moving to a DLMS.ca Farmgate auction and excited to work with that platform and their team for bull videos as well. We are very proud of the 11 individuals on offer and have strength in both the Angus and Simmental options, including a couple of awesome 2 year old bulls.
