FULL GUARANTEE We will continue to provide our valued customers with the incentive or a full 60-day breeding season guarantee on any bull selling for $3,000 or more. For any injury that would keep them from being a breeder for the first breeding season. If a problem occurs we will give you a suitable replacement or you will receive full credit, minus salvage value of the original bull, towards another purchase in next year’s sale. The guarantee does not cover death, as that can be insured for. All bulls are guaranteed to be fertile and reproductively sound in accordance with the terms and conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association. In the past all bulls have passed a semen test by our local vet prior to delivery.

This year, all bulls have been examined to be a fertile breeder but HAVE NOT yet been semen tested. We have noticed in past years that most bulls are too young for a semen test and if they do pass at that time many of our customers don’t turn them out for another two months; in which timeframe many things can happen. We recommend testing bulls 2-3 weeks prior to turn out. If the bull does not pass at that time we request that you notify us before you cull the infertile bull. We also reserve the right to a second opinion by a veterinarian of our choice. We will guarantee a replacement bulls or sale credit for all bulls that do not pass a semen test.. Any claims need to be made by September 1st, 2018.

LIABILITY All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise for their safety or the behavior of the animals.

The owners, auction service, or sale staff assume no liability for property loss or any accidents that may occur.

RETAINED INTEREST Carlson Angus is retaining 1/3 revenue sharing interest in every bull selling in this sale. The new owner will have 2/3 revenue interest and full possession and full salvage value on each bull.

BULL BUYER DISCOUNT Volume discount will be 5% on a purchase of 5 or more bulls.

INSPECTION OF CATTLE Cattle may be viewed any time prior to the sale.

HEALTH Interstate health papers will be furnished on all cattle selling.

To the best of our knowledge, all registered animals sell free of AM-NHF or CA either by blood testing or pedigree clean.

TERMS Cash or Check - All cattle must be paid for promptly and will not be released prior to payment CARCASS EPDS AND VALUES The Carcass EPDs are calculated on weekly basis by the American Angus Association using all available carcass harvest data, ultrasound data, and the Igenity Angus specific genomic profile data. It is possible new data has been submitted between the date the catalog was finalized and the sale day, which will affect the individual Carcass EPDs and $Value indexes of the animal selling.

TRUCKING Free nationwide delivery, to central points, will be provided for all bulls sold.

INSURANCE will be available on sale day.
