Sight Unseen We would love to have you with us; however we do understand how busy things can get around the ranch. Our sight unseen program is simple.

Call Justin in advance and we will discuss your needs, cowherd, goals, budget and which bull or bulls will work best for you. Bids are handled in confidence with SATISFACTION UPON DELIVERY GUARANTEED or you don’t own them. We have sold up to 30% of our bulls this way in the past.

Delivery Free delivery to central points near your ranch in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. All other points will be cost shared. A discount of $100 will be provided for purchases hauled home on sale day.

U.S.A. Buyers We welcome our U.S. customers and will provide the necessary health and export papers. Delivery will be looked after within a 600-mile radius of our ranch. We are a half hour from a 24hour U.S. border crossing. U.S. funds will be accepted at the Rate of Exchange current on sale day.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers who have supported our program over the years, and have invested in Brooking Angus genetics. It is humbling to witness the many success stories from our customers. One particular story that comes to mind from this past year involves a customer contacting us, and had said that he has always hauled eight pairs home from summer pasture in the fall, and he has had that trailer for ten years. He had said that since he has been using Brooking bulls the last few years, 8 calves will no longer fit in the front compartment of his trailer. Stories like this, involving how our genetics have positively impacted our customers is what motivates us to produce the kind of cattle they demand.

We have made great strides in the progress of depth of quality of bulls we have on offer. We will have 15 more bulls than the 2017 offering. This should allow for more quality bulls that are affordable for everyone. This year there are 13 ET sons of our elite donors which allows for more options of quality bulls, with exciting genetics. There are 20 sons of Bank Note 4040 that are featured in our sale. The first Bank Note daughters are in production, and they are exceeding expectations including the fact that he seems to be an udder improver. Brooking Bank Note 4040 has had huge popularity and is the #1 sire among Canadian born sires for registrations in Canada. Interestingly, Soo Line Motive 9016 was #2 on that same list.

We always try our best to help our customers sell cattle, especially direct progeny of our genetics. Our fall female sale has been over 50% of customer cattle and we have shared some huge success with customers earning some serious ROI. The high selling bred heifer at $71,000 was sired by Bank Note and out of a heifer from our first female sale. Last summer along with the Bohrson family, we hosted “The Motive Event”. It was a great social event that was well attended and most importantly, the sale averaged $10,317.

Because of its overwhelming success and support we are planning “The Rose Bowl” for the summer of 2020. Contact us for details and inquiries. The sale will be exactly like “The Motive Event”, but all cattle will be sourced back to the great EA Rose 918. Cattle sired by, or bred to lots 1 - 26 in this sale will also be eligible.
