Prospector 110Z is truly a remarkable individual. He exemplifies everything you look for in a beef bull. He displays exceptional phenotype from all angles, loads of thickness and muscle, depth and shape of rib with style and class all in a smooth package. Prospector is flawless in his structure. He has perfect feet and his temperament is second to none.

We calved out his first set of calves at Remitall this past spring. They came moderate and grew quickly, most were out of first calf heifers. His dam is a hard working double bred Sitz Alliaiance 6595 Justamere Cash daughter with a picture perfect udder who is sound and fertile. In 2013 Prospector was the Grand Champion Bull at the Olds Fall Classic, Int. Jr. Champion at FarmFair and Res. Jr. Champion at Agribition winning him the title of Reserve Canadian Show Bull of the Year. We believe he will continue to be very competitive in the show circuit this fall. With Missie 94B you can count the excellent weights, the epd’s and such. Upward and Rachis cattle bring these qualities to the table in their progeny. However, there are things you can’t count or attach a number to. These qualities are eye appeal, temperament and structural soundness. Sometimes the qualities you can count are not as accurate or as important as the qualities that you can’t count. Allegra 29B is a power female offered from the heart of our replacement pen. She is the type that we are striving to raise and are proud to offer her as a representation of Harvest Angus.

Allegra 29B is a stout made individual that has as much dimension and stoutness while still being feminine in her make. Her sire, Hemi 151T was at side of his dam when they were crowned the Supreme Champion Female at the 2007 Canadian Western Agribition. On the bottom side, she branches back to the Southland Allegra cow family that has worked so well for us and we are excited to see what Allegra 29B can offer for the succcessful purchaser.

From her powerful muscle shape and skeleton, to the smooth and feminine front end she possesses, Lark 2B is the type we strive to produce. Her mother is a leading donor in our herd and is a maternal sibling to Red Six Mile End Game 630A, the $26,000 second high seller in the 2014 Six Mile bull sale. Red SSS Endorse 639X, her sire, is a former high seller at Triple S and has been limited to use in a small number of herds in Canada. In her first outing of the fall, 2B was named heifer calf champion at the Olds Fall Classic, and was noticed by everyone in the barn that day.
