You’ll experience and enjoy a unique Caribbean culture and lifestyle at very close quarters, away from the tourist crowds and traffic, with everything you need to do your own thing, including your own full kitchen and a rental cat at no extra charge.
Full housekeeping is done before you check in, and after you leave, with a full second set of linen and towels (including beach towels) on hand. Each of these properties is equipped with a dishwasher, and most with its own washer and dryer.
Cancellation Policy
The initial deposit, while not refundable, is transferable — less a US$85 administrative fee — to a new stay. And you’ll have twelve months following the date of cancellation to decide new dates, subject only to availability and rates in effect when you rebook. However, we must be notified of cancellation by e-mail, at least two days before the due payment date of the remaining balance. As per the confirmation we send to you upon the booking the stay, payment of the remaining balance is due thirty (30) days before arrival, or sixty (60) days before arrival for reservations which fall fully or partially in our high
