As a Tower Suite Collection guest, enjoy preferred seating at Beach Club’s beach and pools, and at Harborside Pool Club. Take advantage of priority dining reservations, and priority bookings for select activities like water sports. Simply reach out to your private butler or visit the concierge desk located on the 27th floor.

At the peak of it all, gain entry to the Top of the Tower, a private lounge on the 27th floor with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and South Florida coastline. Within the lounge, enjoy an array of culinary offerings that highlight global cuisine and a selection of wine and cocktails, including a special Moët & Chandon Champagne menu.

At Top of the Tower, curated programming and experiences are inspired by global influences. Enjoy British High Tea, sommelier-hosted tasting events, interactive cooking demos, and much more. During weekend evenings, join us after dark when Top of the Tower turns into a vibrant private oasis with an a la carte tapas menu, creative cocktails, and live entertainment.

Top of the Tower

Carrying on a tradition seeded in rich experiences from its origins as Chef Gordon Ramsey’s first North American outpost, Top of the Tower’s 27th floor lounge is now reimagined to suit today’s most discerning guests.

Enveloped in an ambiance that celebrates international explorers, Top of the Tower earns its distinction as one of the region’s most coveted locations, with unimpeded views of both the crystal-blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the property’s lush green golf course. To zoom in, a classic telescope allows you to take in details of the turquoise seascape.

Inspiration shines in every corner of Top of the Tower, from the Assouline library resplendent in travel tales to vintage travel art through the decades, to cozy sitting areas that provoke meaningful conversations among family and friends.

Make the space your own. Grab a morning coffee or espresso and pastries at the grab ‘n go snack station before you head out for the day’s adventures. Take time throughout the day for quiet reflection, midday bites, or conversations with friends at The Studio where you can sink into comfortable seating in cozy alcoves. Get social at The Lounge where you can grab a late afternoon or pre-dinner cocktail at the bar.

Each Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening, the venue transitions from a complimentary amenity to an intimate lounge bubbling with live entertainment and an internationally inspired a la carte menu. The menu includes savory Italian dishes, French favorites, and flavorful Latin, Asian, and Mediterranean fare.

Chef Mirella’s cuisine is inspired by her global perspective. The Peruvian native, whose culinary background includes positions at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Hard Rock International, finds inspiration in her world travels, which she is thrilled to present for Tower Suite Collection guests. As she says, “I love innovating in the kitchen, and creating new flavors and dishes that are unique, without losing the essence of home.”

Interactive cooking demos are designed to celebrate tastes from around the globe. Each hands-on class spotlights an iconic regional dish. Travel to Japan with a sushi or mochi demo, learn to make handmade pasta just like an Italian nonna would, or visit the highlands of Scotland by prepping authentic shortbread.

BREAKFAST IN THE CANOPY

Inside the highest vantage point in all of Palm Beach County, families are invited to Top of the Tower’s whimsical Sunday breakfast inspired by Johnnie Brown, the beloved monkey of famed original resort architect Addison Mizner. Delight in delicious takes on traditional dishes, like banana pancakes and monkeythemed profiteroles. At Top of the Tower, take advantage of exclusive access to a curated schedule of experiences.

BRITISH HIGH TEA

Savor flavors from across the pond with tiered platters of scones, inventive finger sandwiches, and perfectly sculpted pastries accompanied by a curated menu of specialty teas. An ideal experience for the whole family.

FLIGHT NIGHTS

THE FLAMINGO GRILL

Major Food Group puts a fresh spin on the classic American steakhouse—with a little tropical nuance—to create a memorable experience at The Flamingo Grill, which includes servers dressed in pink tuxedo jackets. The experience is glamorous and playful, with an upscale Havana-meets-1930s-New York vibe.

PRINCIPESSA RISTORANTE

A signature dining collaboration with Major Food Group, Principessa Ristorante presents classic Italian dishes prepared in magnificent style, with handmade pasta and a world-class wine list. Serving dinner and Sunday brunch, the elegant restaurant overlooks Lake Boca Raton with a spacious terrace and al fresco bar.

SADELLE’S

Sadelle’s is a quintessential New York City upscale deli experience dreamed up by Major Food Group that serves breakfast and brunch with a touch of glamour.

Sadelle’s is known for made-in-house bagels, French toast, and the LEO omelette featuring farm-fresh eggs, sautéed onions, and house-cured lox.

JAPANESE BOCCE CLUB

Created in partnership with Major Food Group, Japanese Bocce Club has a swanky minimalist edge that defines elegant contemporary dining. The menu features sushi and more prepared by highly skilled chefs. An added bonus? The possibility of playing a game of bocce under the stars at the outdoor courts.

PALM COURT

This vibrant social setting is a sophisticated venue that embraces Cloister’s original Spanish Colonialstyle architecture—but is wide open and airy with a dramatic central bar and big water views. With its savory and sweet menu, and expertly prepared drinks, Palm Court is an ideal meeting point to converse with friends in a beautiful atmosphere.

FLYBRIDGE

Exclusive to Club members and guests of Yacht Club where it is located, Flybridge is a multi-course fine dining concept that features two menus: one that is seafood-focused with the option of a meat dish, and the second that is purely vegetarian. Tower Suite Collection guests also have the opportunity to dine at Flybridge.

MB SUPPER CLUB

This intimate dining enclave in Cloister is an ode to a traditional supper club—complete with over-the-top classics like lobster thermador and beef Wellington— and the kind of mood-lighting torch singers love.

MB also offers great live entertainment and carefully curated cocktails.

HARBOR HOUSE

Harbor House is a no-reservation restaurant featuring Florida- and Caribbean-inspired cuisine that has the option of being dressed up or down with a great bottle of wine. Enjoy brunch during select weekends and the holiday season. A large outdoor dining terrace offers sweeping views of the Intracoastal.

BURGER BAR

Adjacent to the FlowRider wave simulator at Harborside Pool Club, Burger Bar is a convenient counter-style dining spot that features high-quality burgers, hot dogs, and more—known for its signature smashburger and The Boca Whip, a soft-serve fruit ice cream.

MULLIGANS

Mulligans is the quintessential 19th hole (A.K.A. “restaurant”). This casual venue with a beautiful view of the golf course and sunsets has a small but diverse menu with all-American smashburgers, hotdogs, creative healthy salads, and deli sandwiches—plus delicious tacos.

MAISON ROSE

An artfully crafted macaron and chocolate shop in Cloister created by The Boca Raton’s pastry department features luxurious sweets such as The Boca Raton Chocolate Box. Cake designs are a specialty, and intricate holiday-themed chocolate sculptures are always on display.

CHAMPAGNE TERRACE

Exclusive to Tower Suit Collection guests, Yacht Club guests and Club members, the limited-time al fresco lounge features Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, creative cocktails, and flavorful bites.
