The celebrations continue into the new year with the second annual Artisans of Wine & Food, a weekend in January dedicated to savoring exceptional wine and food in great company. It is an honor to share these traditions with you.

100 Trees for 100 Years
This holiday season, The Boca Raton will sparkle with 1920s regalia as we kick off our upcoming Centennial celebration. Hundreds of holiday trees will transform the property into a glittering wonderland. A unifying theme of “100 Trees for 100 Years” will envelop Cloister, with each tree symbolizing a year in The Boca Raton’s storied 100-year history.
Combined, the 100 trees will form a breathtaking visual of 10,000 lights, 7,000 ornaments, and 500 feet of silver tinsel. At the center of it all stands a towering evergreen, adorned with shimmering baubles and lights that evoke the glamour of the Jazz Age. A magnificent menorah accompanies the tree, its golden glow adding warmth to the festive scene. Beyond Cloister, Harborside will shine with more than 176 glistening trees, each decorated with twinkling vintage-inspired accents.

Adding to the enchantment, Executive Pastry Chef Sébastien Feneyrol and his team will display a 3D replica of the iconic Cloister. This edible marvel, measuring 7 feet long and 4 feet high, will be on display in the Cloister lobby. To bring this vision to life, the team will dedicate more than 200 hours of craftsmanship utilizing 300 pounds of fondant, 500 pounds of sugar, and 1,000 pounds of white chocolate.

Artisans of Wine & Food merges the worlds of culinary mastery, fine wine, and philanthropy. In partnership with the esteemed Napa Valley Vintners, the multi-day experience brings together epicureans and wine connoisseurs for an exclusive gathering that has become a coveted annual tradition.
The four-day event will showcase over 100 wineries—the largest-ever collection of Napa Valley vintners outside of Napa Valley—along with nearly 20 celebrated chefs, many from Michelin-starred restaurants.
SPOTLIGHT
Carbone at Artisans of Wine & Food Gala & Charity Auction, hosted by Mario Carbone Experience a night dripping in vintage glamour and bold flavors. Hosted by Mario Carbone, who will bring his famed restaurant to The Boca Raton for one night only, the evening will feature a four-course menu that will showcase the kind of Italian-American decadence that turns a dinner into a moment
Completing the night, a luxury auction with rare Napa Valley vintages, over-the-top experiences, and bespoke escapes, led by international auctioneer Jacqueline Towers-Perkins. Auction proceeds will benefit Place of Hope and Napa Valley Vintners Youth Wellness Initiative.

A primary benefactor is Place of Hope, the largest and most comprehensive children and families nonprofit in South Florida, which advocates and cares for children and youth who have been abused or neglected, homeless youth, single moms with children in crisis, and human trafficking survivors.
