COCKTAIL RECIPE
A true spiced autumnal Manhattan. A fusion of falernum that has a slight sweet and nutty flavor; pimento dram, a Jamaican allspice that complements this drink very well; and the vanilla syrup helps cut and balance the whiskey. Introducing the “Fallhattan.”
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
.5 oz Velvet Falernum
.5 oz Pimento Dram
.25 oz Vanilla Syrup
.75 oz Punte Mass
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a mixing beaker. Add ice to cover liquid. Stir 16 times (until full dilution).
Pour into martini glass. Garnish with a lime peel/twist.

2 oz laird’s apple Jack 86 brandy
.5 oz lime juice
.25 pimento dram
1 oz hibiscus
.5 oz velvet falernum
.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Shaved nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Add ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice to cover the liquids and shake vigorously. Pour over one large ice cube or ice ball. Garnish with shaved nutmeg and fresh sage leaf.

2 oz Rum Haven

.1 oz Chata
.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup

DIRECTIONS
