We are asking for special prayer for the health and wellbeing of our dear brother and sister in Christ Dr. Wilfredo and Dr. Regla. Medical treatment in Cuba is open to everyone but time seems to move at a different speed for those in need in so many areas. Healthcare is one of them. Please lift them up in prayer daily for God to grant them years together and a long life full of the blessings of their service to the Kingdom. There aren’t very many like them and they need our prayers!

Pastor Shahid Chaman and his beautiful wife Abana. Pastor reports that Pakistan has recently been hit with devastating rains that have led to flooding and indescribable hardships for some of the people he ministers to. He has given an eager plea for help if anyone can. The pictures tell the story in way words never can. Please pray for them as recovery will be long and ongoing. He also continues to reach Hindus for Christ and minister through worship.
When considering Pakistan, it’s easy to form a negative perception of life there. However, Jesus is actively working in the nation. BVM receives weekly reports of salvations, baptisms, and discipleship training. This is why we persist in praying for the men and women who selflessly serve, even in the face of danger. Please keep them in your prayers as they courageously risk everything to follow Jesus.
Arriving at Entebbe Airport on August 15, I stayed in the guest house of Kampala Community Church where Pastor James Teira leads a vibrant and studious congregation. They were most gracious hosts. I spoke to their 350 high school students in their Christian School. This church is home to Light Africa Ministries and Amani Children's Choir. I spoke to the faculty as well twice to the congregation on Sunday morning. This church under the leadership of Pastor James is a tremendous congregation.
I then traveled to Jinja to be with Pastor Andrew Mwagale who leads Christian Centre of Life Church and is President of Christian Centre Ministries International. I preached twice daily at his church and then in an Open Air Evangelistic Crusade.
Thousands attended with hundreds of decisions. Pastor Andrew has reported 125 additions to his church. Then is was on to Mbale to preach at a new church plant where Pastor Sammy Wataka serves. They have 30 people and I know they are going to prosper in spiritual, numerical and financial growth to the glory of God.
Next to Busumbu to be with Christ Dwelling Restoration Centre where Pastor David Welikhe serves. The people were jubilant and thirsty for the Word of God. All these churches are so hungry to learn more and more of His inspired Bible. Pastor Titus Etiang from Kenya met me here and he took me on to Kenya.
After leaving Uganda with Pastor Titus, we went up on the second highest mountain in Kenya called Mt Elgon to be with Pastor Moses Cherba in a village called Cherbaiba. We dedicated the new building that the supporters of BVM helped to construct. Many in attendance and God got all the glory. Then it was on toward Eldoret and Christ Dwelling Restoration Centre of Baharini where Pastor Titus leads. We had wonderful services both morning and afternoon with an Open Air Evangelistic Crusade in the midst of a heavily Muslim area. The Lord was our shield and many came to saving faith and we had baptisms in the Baharini Reservoir. To God be all the glory! BVM has many building projects in the planning stages and there is a great need for Bibles. Contact us for the details as the Holy Spirit stirs you.

Wow! How is that time can pass so slow and yet go by so fast! Seems like August took forever to get through but I can’t remember all the things that happened. First, I’m so thankful that my sweetheart made it to his trip to minister in Uganda and Kenya and made it back safely. That little dot on the picture is his plane taking off from Tampa Airport. So wild he could text me and tell me he’s taking off and I could jot down to the end of our avenue and grab that picture. I felt so blessed.
But while he was away..... Tala enjoyed a very special day. It’s such a blessing that she is growing up so big and cared for. She was as pretty as a princess and so many got to share it with her. Unfortunately we couldn’t make it back but she was surrounded by others who love her so much. Meanwhile Stella has become the latest Winland to jump into sports. She’s the prettiest Muskee Cheerleader as far as we are concerned. Meanwhile our Ava celebrated number 15. What a cutie pie.
Dustin began his first semester at Duke Divinity School for his Master’s Degree. It was a huge leap of faith for him. We know it will fly by fast.
Luke returned from France and his two-month mission trip and graduated from the YWAM School of Ministry Development. In his own words he shares, “My France outreach was very eye-opening for me in that the great commission isn’t just called to Americans but to all Christians to serve the Lord. I saw many different cultures and different people groups serving the Lord and it was very uplifting. It’s global. I grew a lot in my faith and learned a lot of new skills, like carpentry woodwork, and it has grown my serving abiility. I am applying to serving the Lord and doing the great cosmmision fultlime at a YWAM base.
We also think we have found a church that we can connect to. Genertion Church was a a home church for some of Luke’s YWAM friends and suggested we go. We could see where and how the Lord is moving there.

Dr. Bob Vineyard heeded the call to missions in 1973, having felt the call to preach at the early age of four. With over five decades of different ministry roles, he now dedicates himself entirely to missions.
He firmly believes that the most effective approach to global ministry involves empowering indigenous pastors to impact their communities, fostering a shift towards a Kingdom culture within their own contexts. Through BVM, individuals are provided with basic sustenance like simple rice and beans, which for some serves as their sole meal of the day. This act of compassion opens the door for Dr. Bob to share the Gospel, allowing listeners to embrace faith, undergo baptism, and commence a journey of spiritual growth under the guidance of local clergy.
