We love keeping everyone updated on Cuba. So many people ask what it is truly like to live there. Hyper Inflation. We are getting to be around so many Cubans here in the Tampa and we hear such a love from the people who have been able to legally migrate to the USA. God loves people and connects us nationally and internationally.
During their trip to Cuba, Evangelist Ray and Sandi Clark caught a fire for the people. They are going back for healing crusades and baptisms Sept. 24-28. They are excited that their revival tent for local events is in. They are looking for partners as they need to buy equipments, 400+chairs , stage. etc.
Pastor Shahid is ministering and is the administrator for BVM’s work in Pakistan. Below is the video of the sewing center that BVM through your support was able to build. These are the first to graduate!
Pastor Shahid’s ministry has seen life-saving miracles recently! Prayer for miraculous healings have led him to have favor with people in influential positions. This favor from the Lord has been lifechanging in ways that we are not able to report in this newsletter because of his safety. Please continue to bathe him in prayer.
Never underestimate the power of the Word. When the Word is proclaimed, miracles happen. God promised that His Word would never come back void and so when anyone hears it, they make a decision to reject it or receive it under the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank God for men and women who are willing to brave persecution in order that the Gospel is told. BVM is thankful to be able to partner with such people.

Abba’s House Children’s Center. Pastor Jose is so thankful. Your donations bring in much needed clean water for the orphans. What a picture of Jesus, the living water that we serve! It’s a testimony to how Jesus changes everything and we will never thirst again.
Pastora Marisol continues the church in Curacavi and Pastor Mike Sheffield continues to work through the grief of losing his son. He is currently teaching English as a second language to many. Please pray that he gets direcrtion for his future as he contemplates his next steps.
Welcome to our “It’s Personal” page. For so long we’ve ng our highs and lows, praises and prayer requests with you, our dear friends and family. We wanted to stay connected with you because with God, it’s always personal. We hope you enjoy a little of our family connections.
Well we survived our first Florida storm. Tropical storm Debbie, which eventually made it to hurricane status. We are so thankful to report that we had no damage from the wind, rain, or flood waters that accompanied her landfall. We pray for the families that were impacted by the storm. This storm brought historic floods in so many surrounding communities.
We are enjoying visiting various places of worship. The Sunday that Hurricane Debbie came through our area, a tornado warning was issued. I was determined to find one open and Radiant Church operated without fear. A great place that has eight campuses, four services in the South Tampa location, and nearly everyone was under 40. I was almost in disbelief! Inspite of the driving rain and howling wind, they came out in droves. Check this out!
Unfortunately Bob was not able to attend as he left ahead of the storm to attend the celebration of life service for his dear friend and mentor Dr. Glen Matthews. Dr. Matthews was instrumental in taking Bob out from the mountains and giving him a taste of foreign mission field and he never looked back.
Dr. Glenn Matthews preached in the church we pastored back in 2003, then called Greenway Baptist Church. Dr. Matthews would say “If you’re all Spirit you’ll blow up; if you’re all Word you’ll dry up, but if you’re Spirit and Word you’ll grow up.” It was exactly what the Spirit was saying to Dr. Bob and the people and the church name was changed to Greenway Spirit and Word Fellowship, and later to just Spirit and Word Fellowship. He will be dearly missed by many thousands around the Earth.
Dr. Bob also lost loved ones Randy Harold and Ms. Shelby Dixon who was loved by so many. It was a difficult few weeks but the Holy Spirit comforts as we know we will see them again.

Also,keepdadinyourprayer.Hisprognosisisnotwhat we wanted and now we wait on God to perform a miracle. AndHedoes,everyday. Lord,doitagain!. Dustin is on his way to Duke. This is an exciting decision and he will be great at anything the Lord directshimtodo.
The girls got in some much needed fun at the beach. Took a turn flying at a local indoor flight place. No fear in any of them just like their Grandpa Vineyard. But school starts for Hannah’s four. Blessings on their ‘24-’25 school year!
Luke is returning from France soon with YWAM. There will be so much to share we will save that story for next month’s newsletter, so don’t miss it!

Dr. Bob Vineyard heeded the call to missions in 1973, having felt the call to preach at the early age of four. With over five decades of different ministry roles, he now dedicates himself entirely to missions.
He firmly believes that the most effective approach to global ministry involves empowering indigenous pastors to impact their communities, fostering a shift towards a Kingdom culture within their own contexts. Through BVM, individuals are provided with basic sustenance like simple rice and beans, which for some serves as their sole meal of the day. This act of compassion opens the door for Dr. Bob to share the Gospel, allowing listeners to embrace faith, undergo baptism, and commence a journey of spiritual growth under the guidance of local clergy.
Dr. Bob expresses deep gratitude for the prayerful support and financial contributions that sustain this vital ministry.
