SWEPT EXHAUST The curves on the road are nothing compared to what we’re seeing in some of the latest cruisers – and exactly why not just any pipe design will do. Enter the Speedster Swept.

A real work of metallurgical art, the sweeping lines of these pipes are truly breathtaking, but that’s only the beginning of what we’ve packed into them. Like our flagship Speedsters, the Swepts also include Cobra’s PowerPort, which gives you two-into-one power while maintaining the great two-intotwo look.

The Yamaha Raider and H-D Softail Swepts are then given full-length, triple-layer chrome 2.5-inch heat shields covering 1.75-inch headpipes, while the Suzuki M109s are equipped with 2.75-inch shields. And of course they have Cobra’s limited lifetime warranty. To say we outdid ourselves on these beauties is a real understatement.

DRAG EXHAUST Drag pipes have always been a favorite because of their overall simplicity and clean lines, but unless you’re going full throttle all the time, they’re not the most functional. That’s where our drag exhaust comes in. It gives you that same straight pipe look, but also includes our removable power cores for better tuning, sound and overall performance.

And there’s no need to worry if you decide to do a little dragging and get these pipes really hot. That’s because they also feature our signature triple-layer chrome heat shields that always shine.

When something isn’t broken, there’s no need to fix it – and that’s exactly how we feel about our classic exhaust. The only thing we’ve done to this 1960’s chopper style is updated the materials and construction to today’s demanding standards.

The result is timeless good looks and a rich sound that’s way better than stock, but not as loud as our shotguns.

We know that not everyone wants to go through the trouble and expense of fitting a complete exhaust system, so we designed a simple, but big improvement to any bike – our slip-on mufflers. A simple driveway swap for most riders, these mufflers slip-on easily to your stock headpipes and give you a real taste of Cobra quality, performance and sound.

TRUE DUALS If you’ve never heard a true-dual exhaust system, you’re really missing out. But lucky for you, we’ve now made it easier than ever to do so with our true duals. From their mandrelbent steel tubing and famous full-length heat shields to a pair of four-inch mufflers with machined tips, we built this system purely around two things: performance and looks. So swap out your heavier stock system and start experiencing what only true duals can deliver.

TECHNOLOGY, ADVANCED We’ll make this simple. We’ve already programmed all the complicated work into our Fi2000R® fuel-injection tuner so that the hardest thing you have to do is plug it in. It’s fuel injection management that works just like a carburetor jet kit, working to eliminate problems associated with lean fuel mixtures. The Fi2000R® is brand and model specific so you don’t have to mess with computer downloads or dyno runs to make it work properly. And yes, it’s just that easy.

LOW-speed dial This control functions just like the air mixture screw on a carburetor, controlling off-idle fuel demands.

MID-speed dial This is the equivalent of the needle and clip position on a carburetor. Each two increments equals dropping the clip on a needle one position.

HIGH-speed dial This is your main jet. Each numbered increment is the same as going up one main jet size starting with the stock size at zero.

ADVANCED Fi CIRCUITRY More than 1200 lines of computer code perform more than 1300 fuel-injection operations by the time you give the throttle one good warm up twist. And because the Fi2000R® is preconfigured for your specific bike, you should never need to adjust it. Of course, we designed it so you can.

SIMPLE PLUG AND RIDE CONNECTORS No confusing downloads. Zero dyno testing. Just simple connectors that go on in just a few minutes.

Fi2000R® All Fi2000 models function the same except for the A.R.B. units for California riders. The difference is in how they connect to the motorcycle: Fi2000R: Installs with OEM factory connectors Fi2000 02: Installs with OEM factory connectors and includes connectors for exhaust system oxygen sensors A.R.B. units for use in California are not adjustable.*

JET KIT It doesn’t matter what brand of aftermarket exhaust system you choose, you’d better be prepared to re-jet your carburetor.

Our jet kits help you go with the flow and are custom tailored for each bike brand and model to help prevent annoying surges, backfires and poor throttle response.

Fabricated from super-stout 1.25inch steel tube with heavy-duty welded flanges, you won’t find a more solid, yet comfortable platform to kick back on.
