Bob Gerace CEO & Founder Bob Gerace is a Christian men’s coach, former SaaS executive, and founder of Warrior Husband, a global movement focused on restoring marriages and raising faith-driven husbands. He has decades of business leadership and personal trials behind him, including a near-collapse during the 2008 financial crisis and a cancer diagnosis. Bob’s work centers on helping husbands lead with love, rebuild trust, and take full responsibility for the legacy they leave behind.

Early Years in Syracuse

Robert F. Gerace, Sr., grew up in Syracuse, New York. After graduating from high school, Bob enrolled at Hillsborough Community College, proceeded to St. Petersburg Junior College, and then attended Tampa College with a dual major in Business and Computer Science from the University of South Florida in the late 1980s.

Founding Computer Resource Center In 1998, Bob launched Computer Resource Center, LLC to support major clients in the medical and financial industries. He believed security and high uptime mattered most, so he invested in proprietary infrastructure housed in a 32,000-square-foot facility. He also guided the company into areas such as cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

At its height, the company supported hundreds of thousands of field workers serving global retail clients. A team of over 60 US-based professionals and 50 international staff carried out design, implementation, and support. By 2002, the business had achieved a multi-million-dollar success, and, after two decades of success, he completed a strategic exit.

Personal Hardship and Spiritual Awakening During the 2008 financial downturn, Bob’s world underwent a sharp change. The economy took a toll, and his business faced severe stress. At the same time, he received a cancer diagnosis. These converging crises simultaneously impacted his finances, health, and emotional well-being.

He wanted to help men who were “winning in the marketplace but failing at home.” He recognized a common pattern among men who achieved professional success yet struggled with marriage, emotional leadership, and spiritual identity. That real-world insight became the spark for Warrior Husband, founded in 2015.

At its core, Warrior Husband pursues spiritual renewal, emotional maturity, and marital restoration for Christian men. Bob built the movement on a foundation of scripture, reflection, mentorship, and real-world accountability. He crafted models like the Warrior Sanctification Method, Six Sanctifying Skills, and the King’s Roadmap to Reconnection.

Personal Life Bob Gerace and Debbie have been married since 1986. Their collaboration extends into service, encompassing over 40 years of financial giving and prayer in support of St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Bob and Debbie enjoy family time. They have grown children and grandchildren. They also share a love of aviation; Bob flies for perspective on life and leadership, while Debbie supports from behind the scenes.
