Instructions – Please Read Carefully ORDERING INFORMATION: 1) Your Account Name, Address & Phone, your Purchase Order Number (if any), our Item Number, and Quantity must appear on all orders.

2) Before submitting your order, we suggest that you test your photograph by placing it on the photo card you are considering to make sure that you like the way it looks.

3) Clearly PRINT or TYPE all of your copy, and underline all letters to be capitalized. Please print each line EXACTLY as you want it to appear. We are not responsible for poorly written orders.

4) Please indicate horizontal or vertical format. If there is no indication on your order we will print as shown on the sample of the card you are ordering.

5) Do not use dashes, commas, periods or other markings unless you want them to appear on your order. Please call to our attention any unusual spelling, punctuation or spacing, e.g., — Is it “MacLean” or “Mac Lean”? — Is it “JoAnne,” “Jo Anne,” or “Joanne”?

6) All cards are sold in multiples of 25 ONLY. 7) All photo cards come with double-sided adhesive tape on the front of each card for easy application of photographs.

8) Prices for the cards are shown on the Price Pages in the back of this album.

9) When choosing a Standard Greeting, please order using our greeting code. There is no need to write out the entire greeting or indicate a typestyle if it is not a Custom Greeting. If no greeting choice is made on your order form, we will print the Standard Greeting as shown on the sample of the card you are ordering.

10) Please choose an ink color. If no ink color choice is made on your order form, we will print in the ink color shown on the sample of the card you are ordering.

11) All positioning is at the discretion of our typesetters and press operators. We try to follow our sample as closely as we can, unless you specify otherwise. If you have particular needs, please specify exactly what you want. Adding Footnotes or adding ages under each child’s name will be counted as Additional Lines. Each footnote is (each line on each side) and each age (under each name) are separate lines of type and will be charged as Additional Lines. Printing above the score line (horizontal), or to the left of it (vertical), will incur a $55 Special Printing charge and will add to the total number of lines on your order.

12) Once we receive your order, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS, DUPLICATIONS, CHANGES or ADDITIONS! Any alterations will incur extra charges along with any other costs incurred up to that point in production.

SHIPPING and TURNAROUND TIME: All orders are shipped via Ground Service unless you specify otherwise. We have ground and air flat-rate shipping. Please see “Shipping Information” for more details. (Note: P.O. boxes are shipped by US Mail). We try our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receipt of your completed order form or proof approval, whichever is applicable. Orders requiring ribbon require an extra day of production. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. ET are placed into the next business day’s queue.

DROP SHIPMENTS: We are happy to send an order directly to your customer. An additional charge of $4 net will apply. Please indicate “DROP SHIP to Customer” on your order, and provide the ship-to address.

FLAT PRINTING OR THERMOGRAPHY: Please choose flat printing or thermography. If no choice is indicated on your order, we will use flat printing. There is no extra charge for thermography!

THERE ARE THREE WAYS TO ORDER HOLIDAY PHOTO CARDS — PLEASE CHOOSE ONE: 1) With a STANDARD GREETING exactly as shown on pages v & vi— Specify greeting number only. Do not indicate a typestyle. There is no need to write the whole greeting on your order; simply write the names to be imprinted. When you order a Standard Greeting, the name imprint on the cards matches the typestyle of the greeting. If no greeting choice is indicated on your order, we will print the Standard Greeting as shown on the sample. Unless you specify otherwise, the names will be smaller than the greeting, using the sizes of type shown on the Typestyle Pages (pages vii-ix). The price includes up to 6 lines total including names & greeting. If additional lines over six are requested, a charge of $6 per line will apply.

2) With a STANDARD GREETING IN A DIFFERENT TYPESTYLE — Choose from the Standard Greetings shown on pages v & vi. Choose from the typestyles shown on pages vii-ix. On your order form, specify a greeting number for your wording AND a typestyle from pages vii-ix. When using the wording from a Standard Greeting, there is no need to write the whole greeting on your order; simply write the names to be imprinted on the cards. If a specific greeting or typestyle is not indicated on your order, we will print the Standard Greeting as shown on the sample. Unless you specify otherwise, the names will be smaller than the greeting, using the sizes of type shown on the Typestyle Pages (pages viiix). The price includes up to 6 lines total including names and greeting. If additional lines over six are requested, a charge of $6 per line will apply.

3) With a CUSTOM GREETING of your own — To create your own greeting, specify a typestyle from pages vii-ix and write “CUSTOM” on your order form. BLANK CARDS: All cards are available blank without any inside greeting or name. Please indicate “Blank — No Greeting” on your order. All blank cards come with double-sided tape adhered to the front.

All blank cards come with blank envelopes.

SPECIAL FORMATTING & PRINTING: All positioning is at the discretion of our typesetters and press operators. We try to follow our sample as closely as we can, unless you specify otherwise. If you have particular needs, please specify exactly what you want. Printing above the score line (horizontal), or to the left of it (vertical), will incur a $55 Special Printing charge and will add to the total number of lines on your order.

MULTIPLE COLOR OR MULTIPLE PASS PRINTING: We will gladly print your order in two or more personalization colors. Each additional color is $55 for flat printing or thermography. This charge applies to each piece ordered, and cards and envelopes are considered as two separate pieces.

Exact (“hairline”) registration of 2 or more colors will require a custom quote.

HAND TIED BOWS & PULL-THRU RIBBONS:

Envelopes are available with a two-line return address. The return address will be printed in the same ink color as the card ordered. You may have thermography on envelopes only if you order thermography on cards.

A Hand Tied Bow or a Pull-thru Ribbon may be added to many foldover cards in The Christmas Book. Please see page iii for pricing and selection.

We will NOT add a Hand Tied Bow or Pull-thru Ribbon to your cards unless you request it on your order, even if we show one on our sample.

If you wish to add a Bow or Ribbon to a card that is not sampled with one, just add the Bow or Ribbon price shown on the Price Page to the price shown on the page of the card you are ordering.The ribbon choices on page iii are offered only as indicated (i.e., White Satin is offered only as a Pull-thru, not as a Hand Tied Bow). Please indicate the desired ribbon placement on your order. There are 5 choices for placement: Top Center Horizontal, Top Center Vertical, Left Center (“up the side”), Middle, and Diagonal Left Corner (not shown). If no ribbon placement is indicated on your order, we will do it as on the sample. If no sample is shown, and no indication of placement is made on your order, Hand Tied Bows will be done Top Center, and Pull-thru Ribbons will be done Left Center (“up the side”).

PROOFS:

INK COLORS: For no extra charge, you may Change Ink Color from what is shown on the sample. Available ink colors are red, hunter, navy, cranberry, french blue, silver, gold, lime, hot pink, brown and black. If you do not indicate an ink color preference, we will print in the color shown on the sample of the card you are ordering. All components of your order will be printed in the same ink color you choose.

ENVELOPE IMPRINTING:

Two extra envelopes are included with each order at no charge. Additional envelopes are available in increments of 25. Blank envelopes are $10 net per 25, flat printed & thermographed envelopes are $18 net per 25.

ENVELOPE LININGS: Optional envelope linings are available for all cards in this album. Please see page iv for selection. Prices are shown on the Price Pages in the back of this book. Lined envelopes will not come with your order unless you request them.

POSTAGE:

You may need extra postage for items with a Hand Tied Bow or Pull-thru Ribbon; hand cancelling is recommended for these items. Please check the weight before mailing, and check with your post office. Also, numerous cards will require extra postage: XDF464-W1 on page 6 and XQN283-W1, for example, require additional postage due to size and/or shape.

A proof of your order may be emailed to a Chatsworth Collection dealer for an additional charge of $15 net. Additional proofs will be billed at $5 net each. The proof email will contain information for completing your order. Proof approvals received after 11:00 a.m. ET will be placed into the next day’s queue. Orders cancelled after we provide a proof will be charged $6 net per line plus $15 net for the proof. We try our best to email all proofs within 24 hours of receipt of completed order forms.

LOGOS & ARTWORK: We can print a logo or other artwork if we are supplied with clear, clean and crisp ("cameraready") art. We will reduce or enlarge your artwork accordingly. We cannot accept photocopies or artwork sent via fax. We can accept digital files, but many will still require extra charges to be print-ready. For details, go to the “Forms” section of our website and download the document called “Customer Supplied Art Specifications & Guidelines.” The minimum charge for artwork is $40. We will contact you only if the charge exceeds $40. If we provide a quote over the phone before receiving your art and your order, we reserve the right to change it upon review of your submitted artwork.
