How do I submit an order? • All orders can be submitted via fax, 317.466.1384, email to email@example.com or place your order on our dealer website and save an extra 2% on qualifying orders. • PHONE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Are you able to prioritize an order? • Off-the-Shelf (blank stock) orders can be priority rushed for a fee of $15.00 and will ship in 1 business day. • Personalized orders can be priority rushed for a fee of $50.00 and will ship in 2-3 business days.

What is your current turnaround time? • Off-the-Shelf (blank stock) orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days. • Personalized orders will be shipped in 5-6 business days. • During the Holiday season our turnaround times will vary. Our dealer website, http://dealer.boatmangeller.com, will have this information readily available to you. Can I change an order once it has been submitted? • We cannot, and will not, accept any changes to an order once it has been submitted EXCEPT orders that are in the proof process. Do you offer/require a proof with personalized orders? • Proofs are optional and can be provided via fax or e-mail upon request for a charge of $10.00 net ($15.00 net for both). • Any proof orders over 10 parts will have an additional cost of $1 per part. Please see our policy page for more information. • Proofs will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving your order. • Turnaround time does not begin until you have approved your proof. How do I pay for my order? • Orders are automatically charged to the credit card you have on file with Boatman Geller once they ship. • If you need to make other payment arrangements, contact the Accounting Department to discuss alternative payment options. How do I receive an invoice for my order? • All invoices will be sent via email to the accounting email address you have on file with Boatman Geller. • If you cannot find a particular invoice, you can go on the dealer website, http://dealer.boatmangeller.com and print it off or call our toll free number 866.573.9429 and select 2 for accounting and we’d be happy to resend it to you. Where can I check the status of my order? • You can check the status of your order by going to our dealer website, http://dealer.boatmangeller.com What if I (or my customer) makes a mistake on an order? • Call our toll free number 866.573.9429 and select 1 for customer service. You will be transferred to a Customer Service Rep who will be able to assist you. Your corrected order will be an additional charge at 25% off the original price plus shipping costs. The standard 5-6 day turn around will still apply to these orders. What if Boatman Geller makes a mistake on my order? • Call our toll free number 866.573.9429 and select 1 for customer service. You will be transferred to a Customer Service Rep who will be able to assist you. Your order will be reprinted, prioritized (2-3 business days) and shipped at no additional cost as long as it is reported within 14 days.
