Orders must be submitted on Rytex order forms via fax, U.S. mail or on-line at retailer.theboatmangroup.com. It is your responsibility to submit orders with complete and correct information. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellations. Please remember, only one item per order form. Multiple orders shipping to the same address must be submitted together.

PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: o Dealer name and account number o Shipping address (failure to include will result in shipment to retailer) o Item number, quantity, paper, ink, border, and lining colors, typestyle and design choices, if applicable o Appropriate personalization (see item specifics)

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Once an order has begun the production process, changes and cancellations are not possible. We do understand that there may be extenuating circumstances and we will try to work with you. In these instances there will be a $25 fee.

PROOFS ARE AVAILABLE FOR A $15 NET FEE PER ORDER. (Up to 9 items per order)

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Rytex traditionally guarantees Holiday delivery on orders submitted by a specific date; contact Customer Service for dates. Historically, production is halted between Christmas and New Year.

For expedited delivery, please choose 2-day shipping or overnight (see page 6 for rates).
