PREMIER SPORTS, HOSPITALITY, & EVENT VENUE - PLANNING 2023 - 2025
Workign with my team at Moody Nolan, I supported bowl planning and spectator experience design, helping shape an all new NBA Arena centered on fan engagement, operational performance, and premium event experiences. While planning the urban integration of Nashville’s new Nissan Stadium district, we explored how the stadium connects with surrounding mixed-use development and the public realm. Together, these projects strengthened my understanding of venue design as an extension of hospitality. Here, architecture, entertainment, and community come together to deliver memorable experiences.

THIRD WARD CUNEY HOMES CHOICE NEIGHBORHOODS TRANSFORMATION PLAN Professional Work, Ongoing 2023 Partner Firm: WRT Design Houston, TX As part of ongoing work with WRT Design and the Houston Housing Authority, Moody Nolan was responsible for the exterior design and comprehensive planning for this site in Houston’s historic 3rd Ward. As a project designer, I was tasked with the modeling of unique multi-scale buildings within a quick turn around. Coordinating the digital modeling, visual representation, and client communitications, I was able to establish myself within Moody Nolan as an urban planner, allowing me to take onlarger scale site designn efforts. 1 RIVERSIDE PLAZA AEP HQ RENOVATION 2025 - 2030 Columbus, OH As part of the design team for the AEP Headquarters project, I contributed to the development of a transformative workplace environment that reflects the company’s culture, values, and future vision. The project challenged traditional corporate models by integrating hospitality-inspired spaces, collaborative work environments, and a strong connection between employees and place. Through design coordination, documentation, and problem-solving across disciplines, I helped advance this $300M project focused on creating a more engaging, flexible, and humancentered workplace. The experience strengthened my understanding of how architecture can support organizational identity, employee experience, and longterm community impact.

DOWNTOWN MUSEUM REIMAGINATION Professional Work, RFP 2024 Columbus, OH Reimagining the urban connection of this museum, my role on this project was to enhance the pedestrian experience through the building and create visual connections to the downtown skyline from the parkside entrance. On our robust internal design team, I was tasked with the design of the east entrance which included group drop off, a cafe and event space, outdoor amphitheater, kids play area, and ADA access to the ground and mezzanine levels. We worked closely with our CM and estimating team to deliver an underbudget and architectural exciting solution to this entry sequence.

HOTEL + CINCINNATI CONVENTION CENTER 2022 - 2025 Cincinnati, OH As a designer on the Cincinnati Convention Center and Hotel project, I contributed to the transformation of a major civic destination focused on enhancing hospitality, connectivity, and economic vitality in downtown Cincinnati. Working within a complex urban context, the project explored how convention, entertainment, and lodging spaces can work together to create a welcoming experience for visitors and residents alike. I supported design development and coordination for a large-scale, 700-room hotel project, gaining valuable experience balancing operational needs, public experience, and architectural character. The work reinforced my passion for designing places that bring people together through service, culture, and community.
