Your children will not be this age again next fall I have been photographing families on this coastline since 2002. In that time I have learned that the families who love their photographs most are not the ones with the best weather or the most cooperative toddlers. They are the ones who ended up with something on the wall. So that is how we work. We plan your session properly, we photograph at the best light of the day, and then we sit down together and design artwork made for your home — framed pieces, an album, something your children will one day argue over. Not a folder of files. Something you will still love in twenty years.

We plan it with you We help you choose the location and coordinate everyone's outfits — taking into account your style and the colors in the room where these will hang. Nobody arrives wondering what to wear. We also file the City of Laguna Beach permit for you.

We photograph at golden hour About ninety minutes on the sand or the bluffs. We photograph everyone together, the siblings, and each person on their own — because in ten years you will want all three.

We design the artwork together Two weeks later we sit down and design what actually goes on your wall. You see your images large, in the room they are made for, before you decide anything.

A minimum order of $899 applies to every session. Albums come in two shapes at the same price — a square 10×10 or a landscape 12×9. We will help you choose the one your images want to live in. Session fee $300, booked separately and not applied to your collection. Individual pieces are available à la carte; families ordering separately spend an average of 16–20% more than the collection price.
