Our summer catalog lands in your lap on Blue Q’s 35th birthday. We debuted at the New York Stationery Show in May 1988, with one product, the Flat Cat, and decorated our 10' x 10' booth with dumpster finds, all painted yellow. It looked like a surreal apartment that a posse of cats had commandeered. Maybe someday these props will be in Blue Q’s retrospective at the Smithsonian. Happy Birthday, Flat Cat!
