OUR EXTENDED FAMILY At Blue Q, we’re about the products, but maybe more than that we’re about the people. We love getting to know people and working with people and laughing and building with people. We love that every person works in a slightly different way, and putting together a great team is a bit like solving a puzzle. And we love that at the end of the day, our cups are filled up with silly jokes and warm glances and kinetic connections. We have an amazing crew right here in Pittsfield, but our extended team — like an extended family — hails from New York City, Los Angeles, São Paulo, Tokyo and about a hundred other places around the globe. That team is made up of the artists and designers on this page (plus a bunch more!) who bring our products to life every day. They’re some of the most talented and thoughtful folks around, and almost everything we make goes out to one of their desks. Then, after a game of sketch-and-color ping-pong, it comes back better than we could have ever imagined. Just like with our in-house staff, we want to make sure the artists we work with are taken care of. So every artist’s project starts with a base design fee. And once those magic moments make their way onto your shelves, they also get a percentage of sales. Because it’s great to have successes, but it’s way more fun to share them. Without this group of artists, Blue Q literally wouldn’t be here. Without their creative input, we would have ended up a one- or two-hit wonder. But they are here, and we’re eternally grateful for it. They make our days at work not just possible, but a whole lot better. And we hope we offer the same to them.

GIVING AT BLUE Q Blue Q feels strongly that it’s our responsibility as a business to help make the world a little better. We know even small companies like ours can make a big difference and that’s why Blue Q proudly contributes 1% of sales from our best-selling categories to organizations that further the good work we believe in. That’s 1% of sales, not prof its, by the way. In fact, it’s built right into our costing sheet. At this point, we won’t make something without considering its charitable impact. Of course, we don’t want to be limited to one f ight, when there are so many worthy causes out there. So we spread the love around to support humanitarian aid, environmental initiatives and social justice ef forts around the globe. All three are equally important,

CREDIT & PAYMENT Sorry, but we cannot accept prepayment by check. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for US orders. For Canadian orders, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Or you can apply for Net 30 terms if you’ve been in business for at least one year under your current name. Email sales@blueq.com for a credit application. Processing time depends on your references’ response time, so give us as many as you can. While credit cards are great for prepayment, they can no longer be used to pay invoices shipped on billing terms. So make sure you get that check in the mail on time! US customers can also pay via ACH. Email credit@blueq.com to find out how. We charge a $ 20 fee for all returned checks. Orders received without a valid form of payment ( credit card number or billing terms ) and contact info ( buyer name, email and phone ) are subject to cancellation. No one wants that!
