Arts & Assembly:
You’ve met the Arts & Assembly team many times, so you know that they have gaps in their days for creativity and art and play — that’s the “Arts” part of the department name. But what about the “Assembly” part? That’s about how crucial this team is to Blue Q — they crank out tons of light assembly work, for categories like Gum, Pocket Boxes and Lip Shit. Whether it’s painting or production, they take pride in the amazing work they do.
This program’s been part of Blue Q since 1994, almost from the company’s very beginning. Some of the individual A & A team members have been here almost as long too. Robert started nearly 30 years ago, and Steven and Tina aren’t far behind. Then, of course, there are the newbies, like Debbie, Dillan and Heou. But through all the years and evolution and improvement, this department has stayed the same in one important way — they’re the best in the biz!
