New Account Numbers

Effective Wednesday, October 2, 2024 , your new account number will include the addition of a three-digit prefix of 719. This minor adjustment is essential for our upcoming system conversion.

Any automated and other scheduled payments/ deposits will continue processing without interruption.

Your current debit card and checks will remain fully functional, and all checks will clear as usual, without interruption.

Your new routing number is: 307070034

Deposits

Direct Deposit, Automated, and Recurring Payments

All existing direct deposits, automated, and recurring payments will continue to be processed without interruption.

Beginning Wednesday, October 2, 2024, please use your new Blue Federal Credit Union account number (listed to the left) and routing number (307070034) when setting up any new direct deposit or recurring payments.

Branches

While system conversion activities are underway on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, branches will not process deposits.

Deposits will resume on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

ATMs

ATMs will be available for deposit and withdrawal transactions throughout the conversion period. Balance inquiries and deposit balances may not be updated until Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

Mobile Deposits

Mobile deposits through Aventa’s online and mobile banking platforms will be available until Monday, September 23, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. MST.

Starting Wednesday, October 2, 2024, you can resume mobile deposits using Blue Digital. Refer to the Digital Banking Setup instructions below or visit bluefcu.com for more details and to access tutorials to assist you with navigating the platform.

Account Statements and Transaction History

Aventa account history for the last 12 months will be available through eStatements in Blue Digital. To access this information, you must enroll in Blue Digital and opt-in to receive eStatements.

For older account history, contact us:

Debit & ATM Cards

You can continue to use your Aventa Debit Card, but balance inquiries and deposit balances via ATM will be unavailable from Friday, September 27, 2024, until Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

Call us at 1-800-555-6665 or visit your local branch for support. On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, due to the system conversion, branches will not be able to assist with deposit transactions.

Credit Cards

Continue using your Aventa credit card as usual. There will be no immediate changes to your card.

Please continue to use the following for your card management:

• Aventa CC mobile app

• Online portal located at bluefcu.com

• Select “Aventa Credit Card” from the “Credit Cards” menu

• Or contact Cardholder Services at 1-866-609-7676

Branches cannot accept payments on your credit card accounts from Friday, September 27, 2024, through Tuesday, October 1, 2024. You can make payments online or on mobile via Aventa CC.

We plan to update all credit cards with Blue branding by the second quarter of 2025. We will let you know well in advance about the distribution and activation instructions for your new card.

Digital Banking Setup

Starting Wednesday, October 2, 2024, you will have access to Blue Digital. Follow these steps to set up your account:

Online

1. Navig ate to “bluefcu.com” and select “Log In”

• NOTE: Your username will remain the same as it was on Aventa’s online and mobile platform unless you have received communication otherwise!

2. Select “ Having Problems” from the dropdown menu (before entering your “username”)

3. Select “Forgot Password”

4. Enter your “Username” and press the “Submit” button

5. Further instructions will be sent to you via the email address we have on file

6. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password

7. You can now log in to Blue Digital

Mobile

Download the Blue Digital app in your mobile app store. Follow the steps below to set up your account:

1. Select “Forgot credentials?”

2. Select “I’ve forgotten my password”

3. Enter your username

• NOTE: Your username will remain the same as it was on Aventa’s online and mobile platform unless you have received communication otherwise!

4. Enter the one-time passcode that will be sent to you via the email address we have on file

5. Set your new password following the instructions on the screen

6. You can now log in to Blue Digital

Important Disclosures Loan Payments

Personal Loans and Auto Loans

Beginning Wednesday, October 2, 2024, loan payments can be made using the “Pay Loan” tab at bluefcu.com, by calling our Member Contact Center at 1-800-555-6665, visiting any branch, or mailing your payment to:

Payments set up through Aventa’s “Make a Payment” service will transfer to Blue automatically.

Bill Pay

As of Tuesday, October 1, 2024, automated payments associated with your Aventa account will transfer to Blue’s Bill Pay service.

Once you have successfully registered for Blue Digital, you will have access to Bill Pay. Click on the “Move Money” tab and choose “Pay Bills” and follow the instructions to edit your payees.

“Make A Payment” Link

Beginning Wednesday, October 2, 2024, the “Make A Payment” service previously available at aventa.com will be available at bluefcu.com/ manage/pay-my-bill or by selecting “Pay Loan” on the homepage.

Loan payments previously set up through this service will continue, as the account will transfer to Blue.

Mortgage Payments

The conversion will not affect your mortgage loan servicing.

Important Dates

Monday | Sept. 23

Mobile deposits through Aventa’s online and mobile banking will be available until Monday, September 23, 2024, at 5:00 PM. You will be able to make deposits at branches or through ATMs.

Monday | Sept. 30

Aventa.com Site Decommission

All traffic from aventa.com will be redirected to a special ‘Welcome to Blue’ landing page on bluefcu.com. The page includes instructional videos for navigation and tips for locating pages that were frequently used on aventa.com.

Aventa Online & Mobile Platform Decommission

The platform will no longer be available on app stores or through aventa.com. Blue Digital will serve as your online and mobile banking replacement beginning Tuesday, October 2, 2024.

Tuesday | Oct. 1

System Conversion Aventa will transition to Blue’s core banking system for all banking processes

Branches will be open, with staff available to assist with emergency transactions and questions.

Continue using your debit and credit cards as usual; ATMs will function as usual during this period (balances will not update until Wednesday, October 2, 2024).

CO-OP Shared Branching Shared Branching services will be unavailable due to the system conversion.

Wednesday | Oct. 2

All services are expected to be online and functioning normally. Staff will be available to assist with all transactions.

Blue Digital Enrollment Blue Digital will serve as the replacement to your Aventa online and mobile banking experience. Refer to the Digital Banking Setup instructions on page 3 or visit bluefcu.com for more details and to access tutorials to assist you with navigating the platform.

CO-OP Shared Branching Services will resume. For a listing of over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs or 5,000 shared branches, visit: ATM/Shared Branch Locator at coop.org.
