Brand Refresh 2025 You might have noticed a bit of a refresh to our brand, recently. We thought we'd let you know why we're pretty excited about this change, and the reason for it. Why now Nearly five years have passed since our last rebrand. In 2019, we set a clear goal: become a recognized, respected brand in our space. The results speak for themselves. Our NPS score jumped from 21 to nearly 47. Our LinkedIn community grew from 5,000 followers to almost 18,000. People recognize our crest without explanation. We've evolved into a high-end, innovative, people-driven company. Our brand needed to catch up with that reality.

UPDATE BLUECREST MINDSET MATTERS
BLOG UPDATES
As of today: 14 00 + team members have participated!
Mimi Wood Chief Human Resources Officer
Mindset Matters: Where we are and where we're going in 2026! At the start of 2025, we launched Mindset Matters as a company-wide learning journey to build growth mindset into our daily routines and ultimately, shift our corporate culture. As we close out 2025, I want to share what we've accomplished together and where we're headed next.
What We Did Our 42 BlueCrest certified Mindset Matters Ambassadors led 1,400+ team members in 15 countries in interactive, Mindset Matters workshops. These sessions introduced the distinction between fixed and growth mindsets, explored how our beliefs about learning influence performance and innovation, and gave us practical strategies for incorporating growth mindset into daily habits. As we reflect on our Mindset Matters journey in 2025, it’s clear that our greatest strength is the collective power of our people to shape the culture we want. The next step is about what each of us can do every day, role model growth mindset and evolve the BlueCrest culture. We are all culture creators. The important work of shifting our culture to be more nimble, efficient and effective for our customers is up to each one of us. What Can I Do?

Practice the LEARN Habits! • Look for Challenges: Embrace change and seek out challenges that push you out of your comfort zone and into your learning zone. Question the status quo. • Experiment: Get curious about different ways to get better. Ask What if? and Why Not? Collaborate on new approaches by seeking feedback from other teams and learning from mistakes. • Adapt: Be flexible and open to change, adapting your strategies and approaches as needed to continuously improve. Build resilience by reframing setbacks as temporary obstacles. • Reflect on Progress: We don’t just learn from what we do—we learn from reflecting on what we do. Regularly track progress and celebrate small wins to boost confidence. • Nurture Psychological Safety: Listen with a willingness to be influenced and manage your reactions. Say: Tell me more. Create an environment where everyone feels safe to take risks, make mistakes, and express their ideas without fear of judgment. Mindset Matters Manager's Toolkit In November, we launched the Mindset Matters Manager's Toolkit, giving people managers access to resources, monthly challenges, and practical actions they can integrate into team meetings, one-on-ones, and project collaborations. This program recognizes that lasting change requires repetition, reinforcement, and reflection. If you are a manager, look on Teams and/or
the BlueCrest Net for the Mindset Matters Manager’s Toolkit and work through the monthly challenges with your team members. Moving Forward Mindset Matters will continue as an ongoing commitment at BlueCrest in 2026. We remain focused on helping all of us view change and challenge as opportunities to learn and grow. This mindset is essential if we want to be the most innovative and trusted partner to our clients. Thank you to everyone who participated this year, and to our Growth Mindset Ambassadors who led sessions and continue supporting this work. If you or team need help getting started, the Mindset Matters Ambassadors are available to provide coaching and guidance to all who would like assistance applying the growth mindset. If you have questions or need support, a list of Ambassadors is available below. Wishing everyone a joyful holiday season and a new year filled with growth, learning, and opportunity. Thank you for embracing the growth mindset and for being culture creators at BlueCrest. Together, we’re building a brighter future—one habit, one day, and one team at a time. Mimi Wood CHRO

I think the fitness analogy works for professional growth. Plateaus are feedback. When your bench press stalls, you examine your programming, nutrition, and recovery. You look for variables to adjust. The same principle applies when skills plateau: change your approach, seek new methods, experiment with different strategies. Ask for help. Fail, and try again.
This weird thing happens when we feel like we are adding value to the world --> we become "creators" rather than consumers, and it is a fundamental part of growth to engage in some form of creation. Doesn't matter what it is. It's a pretty cool feeling to say "hey, I did that!" Carol Dweck's research shows us that the belief in fixed ability limits what we attempt and how we interpret setbacks. The growth mindset reframes challenge as information. Progressive overload does the same: each added pound of resistance becomes data about what you can handle and where to push next. So, I guess what I am trying to say is:
Step 1: train your technique
Mindset Matters: Chase the hard reps I've been thinking about Carol Dweck's growth mindset research lately, and how closely it mirrors strength training principles. In the gym, we understand that muscles grow from progressive overload. You add five pounds. You push for one more rep. You adjust your form. The discomfort signals adaptation. This is how you get stronger. Professional challenges are typically our best teachers. When a project pushes us beyond our comfort zone, we're developing new capabilities and strengthening skills we'll rely on later. Identifying those skills through the LEARN method helps us put together a plan for success.
Technique precedes intensity. Lifting heavy with poor form can lead to injury. Rushed learning without solid fundamentals can create fragile knowledge that collapses under pressure. Build the foundation first. (Foundation building can be a little boring, but you have to do it.)
Chase the hard reps.
Step 2: let yourself recover Recovery enables growth. Muscles repair and strengthen during rest periods. Professional development requires integration time as well: reflection, consolidation, and connecting experiences into coherent understanding. Ask someone if you could do anything better on your project next time. Don't get defensive, just view it as a way to be better; a way you can add more value.
That's how you grow. And to leave you with a few questions over the next few weeks: -> What skill are you currently training that felt impossible six months ago? -> If none, what do you WANT to train? Let me know! I would love to hear from you. Justin O'Donnell

BLUECREST BLUECREST SOCIAL MEDIA
BLOG UPDATES Social Media Continues to Grow Social media became our primary external channel this year, and the results show why that shift made sense. Impressions are up 65% year-over-year. Website visits from social increased 51%. More importantly, our lead-to-conversion rate improved by 7%, meaning we're not just getting more eyeballs but attracting the right ones. Follower growth hit +10%, which tracks with the kind of audience we want: decision-makers and operators who actually work with this equipment.
Social Media: Key Performance Improvements
Two Campaigns Worth Noting Our NPF panel session drew 128 attendees, standing room only. That's partly program placement, but social promotion drove a significant portion of pre-event awareness and on-site attendance. Printing United delivered the strongest performance we've seen from a coordinated social and email campaign. Badge scans increased 10% compared to last year, and booth traffic matched that uptick. When you can trace digital outreach directly to floor activity, you know the targeting is working. What Changed The growth isn't accidental. We focused on fewer platforms, posted more consistently, and stopped treating LinkedIn like a brochure. Content now emphasizes providing people with value, more showing, and less telling. Also, audiences love to see our people in action. Something to always keep in mind. The result is a channel that's generating qualified interest, supporting sales conversations, and building visibility where our customers are already spending time. Most people don't like to click "out" of their social media platforms. So we've been leaning into that with good success by designing content FOR the platforms.

BlueCrest Grows from 3,000 to 18,000 Followers When we launched our LinkedIn presence in 2020, BlueCrest had about 3,000 followers. Five years later, that number has grown sixfold. That's pretty cool. 😎 We're grateful to each of you who choose to follow along. This community has become a space where we can share what we're learning, test ideas in development, and hear perspectives that challenge our thinking. Loving it here on LinkedIn. Thank you for being part of this journey. We're looking forward to the conversations ahead!
Say Hi to Our Service Experts
Our service technicians are some of the best in the business. They know our equipment inside and out, they solve complex problems under pressure, and they keep critical mail operations running. But even the best technicians are limited by geography and physics. ...What if they didn't have to be? Coming soon: BlueCrest Service is rolling out technology that changes how we deliver support.
Element Excitement? One platform. One-minute training. One very excited Rowan Marbury. Our Element inserter consolidates multiple systems into a single workcell that attendees could operate after 60 seconds at Printing United. See what simplicity looks like... 3 Reasons Why Vote-by-Mail is Here to Stay (And What Florida Gets Right)
Mail voting might feel a little bit like the “new kid on the block” in American politics, but it’s actually been around since the 1860s, when Union soldiers mailed their ballots home from the battlefield. Fast-forward 160 years, and the method has expanded to serve registered voters in military families, seniors, rural voters, and everyday citizens across the country. Here's a deep dive into why it's not going anywhere.
How Automated Mailing Systems Are Transforming Banking Automation is rapidly gaining traction in the banking sector, particularly in the realm of mail sorting and processing. As financial institutions handle vast amounts of sensitive information daily, the need for efficient, accurate, and secure mail handling systems has never been more critical.
What is Presorted Mail? In the dynamic world of business communication, finding efficient ways to connect with your audience can often feel like piecing together a complex puzzle. One piece that frequently goes unnoticed is presorted mail. You might have heard the term tossed around in discussions about cost efficiency and logistics, but what exactly does “presorted mail” mean? Let’s dive into the details and discover how this unassuming concept can benefit your business.

Press Release: BlueCrest Achieves SOC 2 Certification
BlueCrest has completed its SOC 2 Type II audit, conducted by A-LIGN, a cybersecurity compliance firm. The certification verifies that BlueCrest maintains comprehensive security controls across its infrastructure, software development, and operational processes. The audit evaluated five trust service criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. SOC 2 Type II audits, established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), assess both the design and operating effectiveness of these controls over time.

BLUECREST NEWS BlueCrest WOWs at Printing United in Orlando, FL Printing United gave us a good read on where we stand in the market right now. Short version: we had one of the busiest booths on the floor, we ran actual production equipment live for three days straight, and we spent most of our time talking specifics with people who are buying the value we provide to the market. Overall, it was a big win for BlueCrest. What We Brought The EPIC Inserting System and the new Element Inserting System ran side-by-side throughout the show. Both systems handled full demonstrations, and here's the part that mattered: we even let customers run changeovers themselves. Multiple attendees stepped behind the Element and performed live job changes, most of them finishing in under a couple minutes on equipment they'd never touched before. That kind of hands-on proof matters more than any spec sheet, especially in an industry where "intuitive" and "fast changeover" get thrown around constantly but rarely mean much in practice.

Beyond the Hardware
What It Means
We also showed our new AR-enabled Service technology. The use case is straightforward: technicians and customers get real-time visual overlays on their devices during service calls. Faster diagnostics, less downtime, fewer truck rolls. It's a modern tool solving a very old problem.
Good leads, good brand awareness, and an excellent showing for us to the market. More importantly, the conversations were substantive. People asking about specific throughput numbers, our OttoMate robotics technology, integration timelines, and actual labor/ROI scenarios. These types of conversations go a bit beyond tire-kicking, and are good signs that buyers are interested.
Our integration work with CapStone got significant attention too. The pitch there is simple: partnerships that provide whole-source workflows instead of stitching together five different vendors who don't know each other. People responded well to that. Who Showed Up Traffic was consistent across all three days. We saw large enterprise mailers, print service providers, fulfillment operations, existing BlueCrest customers exploring upgrades, and new prospects comparing automation options. Several people mentioned that the booth felt different this year because equipment was actually running (whereas some of our competitors had no running equipment at all) and we were walking through real workflows instead of just pointing at brochures.
Printing United was also our most successful social media and email campaign to date, +10% increase in badge scans We left with a strengthened position: customers see us investing in genuinely useful innovation while still understanding how production floors work. We continue to meet our customers where they are, anticipate their needs, and work with them to develop solutions that add value to their business. That balance is getting harder to find in this market, but our ability to fill that gap is clearly resonating. Service IPad and Portability Pilot Program Recognizing a major pain point in technician mobility and efficiency, this IT and Service team partnered to deliver a transformative solution. Field techs often struggled with bulky laptops and poor connectivity in production mail environments. This team proposed and executed a bold transition—replacing traditional laptops and desktops with lightweight, highly mobile iPads. The result was a game-changer. Technicians can now easily access support content, capture and share photos or videos at the machine, communicate with TAC in real-time, and complete work orders—all from a single device. Feedback from the field has been overwhelmingly positive, praising the practicality, portability, and speed of the new workflow. In addition to improving field operations, the initiative delivered serious business impact. By shifting to lower-cost M365 licenses and more efficient hardware and support models, the team achieved an impressive $354,000 in annual savings. This project is a shining example of innovation, collaboration, and accountability in action. Thanks to Lana, David, Allison, Edward, and Jessica for not only solving a critical problem—but doing it in a way that improves productivity, enhances service, and saves the company money. BLUECREST ACHIEVES SOC 2 CERTIFICATION Yes, that's George King holding our official SOC 2 Type II certification from A-LIGN. The sunglasses and chain are well-earned. What is SOC 2, anyway? SOC 2 is an independent audit framework created by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Think of it as a comprehensive examination of how we protect customer data. The "Type II" part means auditors verified our security controls actually work over time, not just in theory. The audit evaluated five areas: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. These assessments covered our infrastructure, software development processes, and operational controls.
Why this matters We process approximately 70% of U.S. mail volume. Our customers include financial institutions, healthcare systems, and government agencies running mission-critical operations. They need assurance that we've built the security infrastructure their operations require. SOC 2 gives them third-party validation. The work behind the certification George and the IT team invested significant time over the past year building and documenting these controls. This audit confirms those systems function as designed. We'll maintain compliance through annual audits and continuous monitoring. For customers asking about our security practices, we now have independent verification. For the team that made it happen: well done.
