The inserter can be configured with multiple feeders for applications that require more than 1 card or slab to be attached. This is a low-cost, flexible addition that increases the capability of the Epic inserter with a streamlined workflow all on one platform with minimal additional footprint. What’s more this upgrade is easily carried out on site by a BlueCrest service engineer.

Together with the BlueCrest Direct Connect operating system you can also boost tracking and integrity processes, eliminating costly errors caused by manual job re-synching and saving valuable time. The right card is matched to the right carrier every time. In the event more than one card is fed, self-calibrating double-detect technology allows the operator to easily remove the unmatched content and automatically resynch and restart the process. What’s more, the BlueCrest integrated card attaching module can be switched on or off, which means the Epic, Direct Connect inserter can be used for normal mailing applications at any time. Effectively, that’s two systems in one, giving you maximum flexibility and opportunity to offer more solutions to your clients.
