Sir Muir Gray is author of Sod Seventy!, Sod Sixty! (with Dr Claire Parker) and Sod it! Eat Well with Anita Bean. He is a Consultant in Public Health at Oxford University Hospitals and a professor at the University. Famous for being the BBC’s Green Goddess fitness expert in the 80s, 35 years later, Diana Moran still works as a health and fitness guru, broadcaster and writer.
