2:45PM • SPACE GIANT
San Jose, CA
instagram.com/spacegiantrocks facebook.com/spacegiantrocks
Space Giant mashes together every sub-genre and decade of rock music into a brand new groove that you’ve never heard before. Assertive, melodic, and contemplative, they’ll take you on musical journey through dystopian landscapes, atmospheric joyrides, angst-filled garages, and dissonant mountaintops. Space Giant formed in the Summer of 2016 when former members of The Sonic Heavy (grunge-inspired blues rock) met up with lead singer, Asha Marathe (New Jersey choirgirl with a classic rock soul). After spending 2017 writing new music, Space Giant launched into the Bay Area music scene with the release of their debut album, Arrival, in 2020.
3:30PM • MARY MOORE
Nashville, TN
instagram.com/mary_moore_music facebook.com/marymooremusic
A folk-pop/indie-pop artist with powerhouse vocals and storytelling lyrics that captivates stages and connects with people from all walks of life. Mary’s vocals are comparable to the power of Brandi Carlile and Florence + The Machine, but also with the sweet, quirkiness of Regina Spektor.
Growing up Mary played piano, french horn, and mellophone, and participated in dance, show choir, choir, musicals, marching band, and wind ensemble. Over the years she has found growing success locally and while on tour, her music has been heard on Lightning 100 and she has played notable venues in Nashville like the Listening Room Cafe, the High Watt, and The Basement.
4:15PM • LORENA LEIGH
Fort Worth, TX
instagram.com/thelorenaleigh facebook.com/lorenaleighmusic
With Texas charm and New York grit, Lorena Leigh is the feminine fusion of homegrown story-telling, danceable rhythms, and summertime obsession. Though Lorena’s musical foundations may have begun with country, classic American rock, and the Spice Girls, a wave of island influence crashed into her sound in her early 20s when she was given a ukulele and lived in Rockaway Beach, Queens. Lorena’s catchy hooks, lyrical stories, and electrified, pedal-popped ukulele melodies propel her music to the core of your soul.
It’s part cowgirl. It’s part mermaid. It’s all water theory.

5:45PM • MAKING MOVIES

Float Like a Buffalo is rock with funk, ska, reggae, and jam influences. Thursday, March 17th |
“Known for an innovative approach to music inspired by American and Latin cultures, Latinx rock’n’rollers Making Movies are “breaking down walls in the U.S” (Rolling Stone). From their Panamanian & Mexican heritage to their fusion of international sounds and genres, Making Movies melds reinterpretations of cumbia, mambo, son, and salsa with blues and rock’n’roll, as well as traditional Mexican and Panamanian folclór, while singing in Spanish and English. Making Movies “synthesizes what’s happening in Latin music better than anyone else out there today” (MTV), having collaborated with salsa legend Rubén Blades on the Latin Grammy nominated song “No Te Calles”, as well as Steve Berlin of Los Lobos, and the late Lou Reed.

New York, NY

NYC’s Moon Kissed is much more than a band; with every show they play they are ushering in a new era where everyone is free to be themselves, gender isn’t real, and the person you’re dancing next to is your best friend but also could be your next makeout partner. With Emily Sgouros on synth, Leah Scarpati on drums, and Khaya Cohen on vocals, Moon Kissed creates an energy, an infectious aura, that, if you are lucky enough to enter it, feels like a secret and an escape, powerful and precious to behold.
