WOMEN 2 WOMEN is a global Blizzard Tecnica program dedicated to creating a diverse and educated community of female skiers and outdoor enthusiasts by being a trustworthy and credible source for product, education and inspiration.
We ask, we listen and we act, all with the underlying goal of sharing experiences and celebrating our passion for the sport thereby enhancing the skiing and outdoor experience.

To specifically design the most relevant and best performing women’s products that will inspire confidence and enhance the experience for passionate and committed female skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. For Women, by Women.
PRODUCT EDUCATION
To create educational opportunities and offer resources for women to increase their knowledge in all aspects of skiing and the outdoors. Knowledge is power. It builds confidence, helps you find your voice and creates a sense of belonging. We aim to aid and encourage women to step into leadership roles that will ultimately create a comfortable space for all women.
INSPIRATION
To create content that inspires all women, regardless of ability, to step outside their comfort zone; to try and do things they never thought possible. To showcase that women are strong and powerful, and that the possibilities are endless.
COMMUNITY
To create a diverse and inclusive environment where ALL women feel a sense of belonging - on the hill, in the mountains, at the shop or wherever their skiing and outdoor adventures take them.

PRODUCT IS THE CORNERSTONE OF THE WOMEN 2 WOMEN PROGRAM.
Focus groups in North America and Europe meet multiple times a year with product managers, designers and engineers, diving deep into technologies, design, and more. Their insight and feedback is then translated directly into the products themselves and has resulted in some of the highest performing and best selling women-specific skis and boots on the planet.

HELPING WOMEN ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION IN SNOWSPORTS, WE’RE NOT ONLY HELPING THEM AS INDIVIDUALS, BUT ALL OF THE GIRLS AND WOMEN THEY AFFECT THROUGH THEIR WORK. IT’S IMPERATIVE TO BRINGING MORE WOMEN INTO SKIING AND EMPOWERING THEM TO USE THEIR VOICE ON AND OFF THE HILL.”

HILAREE NELSON EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
On September 26, 2022, at 10:42 a.m., Hilaree, with her partner Jim Morrison, reached the summit of Manaslu, the 8th highest peak in the world. They proceeded to gear up and ski down when, after the first few turns, Hilaree was swept off her feet by a small avalanche and carried 5’000 feet down a steep slope. Her body was recovered 2 days later.
Hilaree was a pioneer, an inspiration, and a leader for women in the outdoor world. Just a few of her many accomplishments include: •2020: FIRST SKI DESCENT OF THE LHOTSE COULOIR (4TH HIGHEST PEAK AT 27,940 FT) •2012: THE FIRST WOMEN TO CLIMB LHOTSE & EVEREST (29,032 FT) IN 24 HOURS •2017: FIRST SKI DESCENT OF PAPSURA (21,165 FT), INDIA
But Hilaree was not just about her epic feats. She did not want to be put on a pedestal, revered and out of touch. She was down on the ground, leading us each step of the way. She was a force that showed us what we, as women, can do.
In its third year, we it is our honor to rename the Blizzard Tecnica Women 2 Women Scholarship Program after Hilaree. With this program in her name, we hope to carry her torch for future generations of women to follow.
