Acting Prime Minister the Hon. Carmel Sepuloni announced a grant of $578,000 for the Marlborough District Council to establish a technology and innovation hub in Blenheim. The announcement came last Friday when Sepuloni was part of a delegation to officially open the Marlborough Library and Art Gallery and the name unveiling of the building, now known as Te Kahu O Waipuna.
