Welcome to our 2024 product catalogue. At Blenders we love finding inspiration for sauces from every corner of the globe. As part of our mission of, “Perfecting Sauces”, we have launched 2 new products. Our Hot Sauce is heaven for heat seekers and is a fiery hot sauce that is perfect for chicken wings, buffalo burgers, drizzled on egg dishes and more. Our newest product Dynamite Sauce is also inspired by the mighty chilli. It is a spicy, sweet mayonnaise that packs a real punch. It is a super versatile product that can be used in burgers, sandwiches, salads and as a dipping sauce, a dressing or a drizzle.

Chef Tips

. You can use real mayonnaise to make golden toasties, just spread the outside of the sandwich with mayo and grill on a flat grill. Mayonnaise has a higher smoke point so you get a crispy golden sandwich.

. A quick dip for wedges is mix 80g of mayonnaise and 2 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.

A light mayonnaise that doesn’t compromise on performance. Perfect for salads, sandwiches and side of plate use. Also holds on hot food.

Chipotle Mayonnaise

Add a kick of the Southwest to sandwiches, wraps and burgers with this hot and smoky mayonnaise of perfectly blended chipotle and red jalapeño chilli. Ideal as a spicy dip too.

Garlic Mayonnaise

A luxurious creamy mayonnaise with flavours of fresh garlic and parsley. Formulated to hold on to food making it ideal for salads and dips.
