Background Ventilators to meet New Building Regulations

Building Regulations require background ventilators (trickle vents) to be installed as part of any ventilation system for dwellings, other than with MVHR.

• Wall mounted, passive vent kit that can be retrofitted into any external wall.

• Use where existing window mounted trickle vents are not provided, or do not meet minimum equivalent area (EA) requirements set out in Building Regulations ADF.

• Each Blauberg background ventilator provides a minimum of 2500 mm2 equivalent area and tested to BS EN 13141-1.
