Blauberg Domestic Extractor Fans

Blauberg offers a range of powerful, quiet and stylish extractor fans which provide high airflow rates and are available in a variety of styles and colours.

In reaction to changes in the Building Regulations, we have increased our assortment of extractor fans to include more fans that can be mounted in bathroom Zones 1 and 2. We’ve also developed our energyefficient motors to further exceed Part L of the Building Regulations and decrease energy consumption.

As homes become more airtight and better insulated, whole-house ventilation solutions with higher airflow rates are now required.

Higher airflow rates are particularly important to prevent the buildup of problems such as mould, condensation and damp, as well as to decrease the effect of poor air quality on our health.

Social housing, private landlords and councils are becoming increasingly aware of the effects of poor air quality, damp and mould on tenants. dMEV (decentralised mechanical extract ventilation) is becoming the preferred ventilation solution.

Continually running extractor fans are the most frequently chosen dMEV for these types of residential properties. These systems are quieter and more efficient than traditional extractor fans. Their continuous extraction is a more effective way to reduce condensation and mould risk.

Check out our Calm dMEV range for continually running extractor fans available with a range of control options and colours.

Part L of the Building Regulations stipulates that inline extractor fans are required to be more efficient. In reaction to this, Blauberg now offers inline fans with low-energy EC motors, produced at our German facility in Munich.

We also offer inline extractor fans with EC motors across our entire range of mixed flow and centrifugal products.
