WHERE ARE WE GOING? A little-known gem on the Italian border, Nassfeld has a long list of credentials: the largest resort in Carinthia province, the Alps' longest cable car (the Millennium Express), and its north-facing, high altitude slopes – meaning superb snow coverage throughout the season. The resort enjoys a reputation as one of the largest, most attractive and snowy ski areas in Austria, yet it is still remarkably quiet – allowing our students plenty of space and time to perfect their technique. As one of Austria’s top 10 ski resorts, Nassfeld is nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps and is a charming resort offering the ideal setting for both novice and experienced skiers alike. With its snow-capped peaks and 110 kilometers of slopes, Nassfeld promises an exhilarating and educational adventure for students, including one of Europe’s largest lifts, taking us to a maximum altitude of 2200! The resort has 29 state of the art cable cars & lifts which will allow us to take advantage of the ski circuit and explore this great resort where we can expect plenty of snow with an average of 7-8 metres, and if the weather’s not playing along - there are 540 snow guns to guarantee snow every day!
