TRIP INFORMATION
Hotel & Travel Information We’re staying at the Hotel Ilissos, Central Athens, and we’ll be having our breakfast and evening meals here. Lunch on days 2, 3 & 4 is included - a sandwich and a drink (but you may wish to top this up!). Mr Richardson will arrange a meeting with students to go through rooming (we’re just finalising this with the hotel). Travel Itinerary (we will advise of any changes via email) Tuesday, 5th May - Departure; Please arrive at West Wing Reception at 01:45hrs and please park in the main school west wing car park, just past Reception). We will depart at 2am sharp - please do not be late there is a lot to do and we have a plane to catch! (ONLY the Nevill Ave entrance will be open). We’re on the British Airways flight - BA626 07:20hrs from London Heathrow to Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport, arriving at 13:05hrs (local time).
Friday, 8th May - Arrival Home; After a full day of sightseeing we’ll depart the hotel, check-in for our flight home BA633 for our departure at 20:50hrs, local time, we expect to be back to school around 2am). All updates on our return journey and ETA will be on Instagram and if we can, emailed home by the staff on the trip - so please keep an eye on email and bear with us.
