Per correttezza nei confronti di tutti gli ospiti organizziamo gli appuntamenti in maniera puntuale. Arrivare in ritardo potrebbe significare un trattamento più breve, o l’impossibilità di onorare la prenotazione.

Il centro mette a disposizione un armadietto che contiene un kit piscina, comprensivo di accappatoio, telo bagno e ciabattine.

Si consiglia ai clienti dell’albergo di arrivare direttamente con l’accappatoio trovato in camera. È possibile richiedere un eventuale kit piscina di ricambio (€ 3,00).

I prezzi possono variare in base alle tipologie e alla gamma dei prodotti utilizzati ed al tempo impiegato.

SPECIALI CONSIDERAZIONI: Il centro benessere è un ambiente tranquillo in cui potersi rilassare.

Si prega di rispettare la pace e la tranquillità degli altri ospiti mantenendo un tono di voce pacato. L’uso dei telefoni cellulari è vietato.

I ragazzi sono ammessi al centro benessere a partire dai 12 anni di età e sotto la tutela dei genitori.

Si richiede la sottoscrizione di una dichiarazione liberatoria che sollevi il centro benessere dalla responsabilità per la mancata comunicazione di patologie e/o problemi di salute. È richiesto il costume da bagno per l’utilizzo della zona relax del centro benessere.

In area fitness è richiesto un abbigliamento sportivo adeguato.

PISCINA E VASCA IDROMASSAGGIO: Si raccomanda una doccia di pulizia preliminare.

Si consiglia di utilizzare la disinfezione antimicotica per i piedi.

SOME SUGGESTIONS: We encorage you to schedule your spa services and treaments well in advance to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment time; moreover, we recommend you arrive at the spa at least 15 min.

Prior to your appointment so that you have pleanty of time to change.

For the respect of all of our customers we organize our appointments rigorously in time.

Arriving late can imply a shorter treatment or even the possibility to deny your appointment. We respectfully ask that you give the spa at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment otherwise we will charge 50% of the cost of the services canceled.

Our center will make available a closet that contains a kit swimming pool that includes a bathrobe, bath towel and slippers.

We suggest to the clients of our hotel to arrive in the spa directly with the bathrobe found in the room. It is possible to request an eventual spare swimming pool kit at â‚Źuro 3,00.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: The wellness center is a tranquil environment where one can settle down, therefore we gently ask of you to respect the peace and tranquility of other guests maintaing a low tone of voice. In order to preserve the relaxing environment of SPA, we do ask that you turn off your cell phone, e-mail and other electronic devises while visiting the SPA. The center admits childred 12 years of age and over under strict parents supervision.

We ask you to fill out a releasing declaration that relieve our wellness center of any responsibility for failing to notify us of any patology and /or health problems.

It is required the use of bathing suits in the relax area of the wellness center, in the fitness area we ask you to use sport wear clothing.

SWIMMING POOL AND JACUZZI: We recommend a pre-clean up shower and the use of an antibacterial product for the feet.

The access to the pools has to be made only in the sleepers provided by the center, which for hygiene reasons can be used only in the exclusive area.

It is not allowed running, jumping, diping, also can’t introduce food or personal cosmetic products (Example lotions) SAUNA AND THE TURKISH BATH: We recommend a pre-clean up shower.
