HYDROTHERAPY TREATMENTS THE TONICS Thalasso & Wellness 2 h - 30.00 € Our Thalasso&Wellness Institute has three heated seawater pools. The first pool has water jets, the second pool has underwater music and the last one is partially outside. One more pool is not heated and has special water jets for your legs. The Wellness area includes sauna, hammam, emotional showers and relax area.

Acquagym 30 min. - 35.00 € Soft fitness training using different tools in heated sea-water swimming pool, to tone and refine your body. Ideal for a gentle resumption of physical activity.

THE ESSENTIALS Hydromassage bath with seaweed extracts 25 min. - 35.00 € Individual treatment in a bathtub containing seawater. Numerous jets provide a deep tissue massage, relaxing muscles and joints and stimulating blood circulation.

The benefits of this treatment are rounded off by adding remineralising laminar seaweed gel.

Affusion 15 min. - 25.00 € Lying down under a bank of shower heads, the client is bathed all over in a fine rain of lukewarm seawater. It produces a relaxing and soothing effect that is beneficial to the breathing apparatus.

Underwater Shower 20 min. - 45.00 € Massage in a heated seawater bathtub that includes a jet directed by a hydrotherapist. The application can be customised depending on the purpose of the treatment: stimulate the circulation, relax the body or target cellulite.

USEFUL INFORMATION We recommend you to book all treatments in advance, included the access to swimming pools.

Treatment duration includes: guest welcoming, actual time of the treatment and change in the dressing room.

Cancellation policy: your appointment can be canceled within 8 pm of the previous day, otherwise the whole amount will be charged.

Before the beginning of your treatments you will be asked to fill in a form where you declare to be in good health.

Thalassoterapy treatments are not recommended in case of pregnancy.

Guests under 18 years old are not admitted to the Institute.

In the Thalasso & Wellness Institute it is compulsory to wear flip-flops and in the pools you must wear the swimming cap.

The Turkish bath is a damp environment with vapor. Temperature fluctuates among 35-50째 C. It is ideal to eliminate toxins, and to purify your skin.

The sauna is a dry environment. Temperature oscillates among 60-80째 C. Access to Turkish bath and sauna is mixed (men and women together).

Warning Safety rules must be respected. Listen to your body and do not hesitate to ask our qualified staff for suggestions.

Our rates include Lending of bathrobe and towels, free access to warm seawater pool, to the hammam, to the sauna, to the fitness room and tasting herb tea during the half-day stay at the Thalasso&Wellness area.
