These strategies can stem from: rules based on calendar, occupancy, booking window, which can also be configured by clusters of room types (RMS Rules) Artificial Intelligence algorithms (RMS Algorithm) The RMS enables a "hybrid" way of working: actions suggested by rules, algorithms or manually set can be used in any combination and automatically applied with the AutoPilot.

RMS Algorithm The Revenue Management System Algorithm utilises Artificial Intelligence algorithms to analyse both internal data (such as bookings, occupancy, and average revenue) and external data (sush as demand pressure and price trends). This analysis is used to estimate future occupancy by date and suggest optimal rate changes for both Best Available Rate (BAR) levels and in Open Price mode.
