DEALER IMPRINT TERMS & CONDITIONS

QUANTITY:

• 72-piece minimum order. 24 pieces per style/color.

SET-UP / ARTWORK / ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & PROOF APPROVAL:

• $45.00 Set-Up Fee

• *No-Set-up fee on same style reorders. 72-piece minimum, 24 pieces per style.

- OPTION #1: FULL BACK LOGO: Please send Hi-Resolution / Vector Artwork (Formats: .ai, .svg, .psd, .png).

- OPTION #2: RE CITY STATE LOGO: Please specify your CITY, ST that will be applied on back yoke under the ROYAL ENFIELD logo.

- OPTION #3: RE REFLECTIVE HEAT TRANSFER: This will be applied to back yoke per image.

- OPTION #4: BLANK BACK: No proof will be sent; order will be per catalog – front only.

- DIGITAL PROOF: will be sent to email contact on Order Form. Please email back approval/ changes to RENA@blankcnvas.com

- APPROVALS: Please try to reply within 24 hours to keep delivery on-track.

PACKAGING:

• All orders will be printers folded, Royal Enfield hang tagged with MSRP barcode labels, polybagged per style/size for easy stocking and fixture placement. If you would like the apparel items individually folded and polybagged ($.50 each) please specify.

LEAD TIMES & RUSH:

• STANDARD LEADTIMES: Normal lead times are 14-21 days from Proof Approval (~usually 3 days after PO).

• EVENT DATES: Please specify on the DEALER ORDER FORM if there is an *EVENT DATE that is needed “IN-HANDS” at your location. *We will confirm dates with the Order Acknowledgement/Proof.

• RUSH ORDERS: If you need an order faster than our Standard lead times (for event or other), let us know. There may be some additional costs associated with those orders, but we will work with you to get you the best options at a fair cost.

ARTWORK CHARGE:

• Royal Enfield and our partners offer full-service artwork and design services. Please contact us (or add to SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section) if you need assistance with new graphics / artwork and we will quote per order.

CUSTOM UPCHARGE(S):

• We understand every order is not the same and you may have special requests. We offer high-quality DTG garment printing which may have a small upcharge for a high ink coverage logos. If this is applicable, we will contact you to quote this charge or offer you options.

• To support a full-service apparel platform, we can also work to achieve your custom needs. If there is something outside of the standard Dealer Imprint program, contact us and we will quote your project.

ROYAL ENFIELD LOGO USE AND PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS:

• All logos are property of Royal Enfield and must be used in accordance with your Dealer Agreement & Brand Guidelines.

• RESTRICTIONS OF LOGOS:

- Co-Branding with other motorcycle or motorsport brands.

- Any registered/protected brands without written permission.

- Alcohol, Drugs, or Tobacco brands or usage.

• **All graphics/logos printed in the Dealer Imprint Program will be approved/authorized by Royal Enfield.
