CONCEPT DESIGN, DESIGN COORDINATION, TENDER DOCUMENTATION

In this project, I was engaged by contractor to undertake remedial work to an existing mutiplex apartments building. This project was very challenging as there were no existing documentation, and I had to undertake investigation with the structural engineer and hydraulic engineer to understand its complexity and existing build up.The axonometric drawing was created to help in showing the contractors the steps involve in construction phase, so as to avoid mistake happening during tender phase and construction. This approach demonstrates the quality of product is being delivered with the thinking of details.
