Thank you for your interest in Lago Mar Country Club for your upcoming special event. Lago Mar Country Club is considered a “hidden gem” and is situated in central Broward County minutes away from Miami-Dade County and Palm Beach County. Easily accessible from 595 and I-75 -just west of Flamingo Road on Broward Blvd in Plantation, Florida. Purchased in 1980 from the original builder, our Founding Members embarked on our long tradition of private club excellence. From the beautiful and scenic drive upon arrival differs from any landscape South Florida has to offer. From beautiful wedding ceremonies on our picturesque golf course and lakeside area - we provide a beautiful ballroom overlooking the pool area and fountain on the lake and surrounding golf course. Our Main Dining Room seats up to 130, but can be easily transformed for smaller events as well. The Dining Room, Oak Room and our Poolside area is also the perfect venue for daytime and evening social and corporate events. Nothing makes an event run more smoothly than working with a professional team. We have carefully selected area vendors that are showcased in this publication. They are all experienced event professionals who have demonstrated the best attributes in their field. We are proud to recommend them for your event. Our catering team including our culinary trained chefs, and staff are confident that you’re in good hands. We have packages available and we will be happy to customize menus to fit your needs. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service for all our guests. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you to make your event a memorable experience from start to finish!
