Ban Chok Dee Thai Cuisine Parinya Loptson is the co-owner and executive chef of Ban Chok Dee Thai Cuisine, one of the most popular Thai restaurants in the Lower Mainland. She originally learned to cook growing up in Thailand, and has been passionately developing and sharing her culinary talents through restaurants in Langley and Maple Ridge as well as through her unique cooking class and event venue, BCD Culinary Academy.

Last summer marked the 10 year anniversary of the Langley location of Ban Chok Dee, and it continues to gain in reputation as one of the top Thai restaurants in the Lower Mainland.

Chef Parinya regularly participates in fun restaurant challenges put on by the Vancouver Foodster blog including first place finishes in the past year for the Eggs Benedict; Sandwich; and Bowl challenges.

These special creations are only available for a limited time during the challenges, so keep your eyes open and you might be able to experience one of these challenges first-hand.

Chef Parinya’s latest enterprise is Food
